It was pretty good. My husband and I didn't like the pillows they were too flat and we wish we had more towels and for a place to put the hand towel rather than the counter. The room itself was clean. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. The waffle maker was my husbands favorite

The elevator was dirty and the button lights didn’t work.
The hallway walls across from the elevator on all floors needed repairs.
My room had no shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
My room also had a broken bathroom faucet and the tub had mold in it.

This location is very old and run down. There were stains on the carpet and visitors in another room left the hotel after checking in because they thought they seen bed bugs. I will not return.

They gave the room I had booked away. Their phone line to call the hotel was down and their breakfast was so bland. I don’t think I could go back there. The chicken sausage had a rubber texture to it and zero taste! The yogurts, fruit and juices were the highlight! Pillows were so flat. Window in te room was open when I got therre and it was tough to close!

The manager is not on site until 11pm, so if there is a problem, it can't be fixed until he comes in which means the traveler has to stay awake to speak to him. 35 minute check in & 2 hours trying to get them to fix a billing error. One lady was charged over $800 for 2 nights. Incompetent staff! Disgusting facilities. Inedible breakfast.
I will never stay at a Hampton again. I strongly advise against this hotel. It's a mess!

The room wasn’t very clean. The ceiling was coming down in the bathroom and had an old light fixture that was hanging out and looked like a hazard, the sheets and towels were white but had stains on them (not what you want to wrap up in!), and the outlet in the bathrooms didn’t work (not optimal for getting around!). On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the shower was clean.

The hotel is need a remodeling badly. The bathroom door in our room can only close halfway and making squeaky noise if you can push it closed. The door for the main restroom on the lobby is the same, you can’t close it completely. The drain on the bathtub is drain so slow that you are in the water up to your ankles while you taking shower. I am so surprised that this Hampton Inn so bad condition, would nerver stay there again.

Disappointed in overall condition of hotel & room. Carpet & furnishings in poor condition. Bathroom floor dirty & sticky. Room carpet very wet but unable to put us in different room.

First room door hinge screws were loose so when you opened it you had to pull the door up to close it. Second room the top hinge wasnt even screwed into the wall and the door fell to the floor. Third room door worked but the caulk around the tube was full of mold. Would not stay here again. Checked out early.

The property is showing its age and lack of maintenance Carpeting in hallways appeared soiled and there was evidence of a water leak in bathroom where significant ceiling damage was unrepaired and the ceiling light fixture wiring was exposed. Bedding showed lots of wear. Staff was great!

When you come in from out of town and ask for an early check in because you have a wedding and they don’t let you it disappointing. There were at least 15 couples there and they wouldn’t let us check in until the exact time “because they are not clean yet”. How can they all be done at the exact same time?
Room had hooks on wall for wall art but nothing hanging, room door slammed so hard because the closet not working right. Not worth the money and very disappointing to us that came from Texas to go to a wedding in Michigan.

No refrigerator in the room. TV wouldn’t come on or shut off. Shower didn’t work and tub wouldn’t drain.
No shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast room tables and chairs were low to the ground. Not good for older or handicapped people.

Most Hampton Inn that we stayed were clean except this one. We love Hampton for cleanliness and friendly staff. But, when we checked in this particular hotel, the toilet was surprisingly stained with poops and very dirty. Only a few towels were on the shelf. We informed the only staff that was available about dirty toilet. She told us that she was only available and that was all she could do. The breakfast was not good. Most good were gone when we went to eat around 9am with no one available.

A bit sad for a Hampton Inn. Felt like it was at least 20 years old. Staff didn't even greet me when I came down for coffee in the morning. They just looked at me.

Absolutely terrible experience. Room was absolutely out dated. No pictures on walls. half the lights in the room and bathroom didn't work. we tried our best to get a Handicap room. Wasn't able. the man at the desk talked so soft we could hardly hear him.He was outside on the phone a lot.
All in all it was the worst place I have ever stayed .Really
turned off for Hampton Inns. We are in our mid 70's and really shouldn't have had to deal with all that.

When I showered I had to stand in ankle deep water because the drain did not work. Also, when we went to get coffee with our breakfast the coffee machine was broken! There was no offer to bring in coffee or do anything for this inconvenience. Additionally, the room was very loud with the highway right outside the room. I could also hear the other rooms phone ring and I could hear lots of walking above me. We are Hilton honors members and rarely have N issue with the Hampton but this one was not good.

While the location and the access were great to allow for easy access to the shops, my buddy's room door would not lock (322), and my water pressure for the shower was terrible in room 3302

The room was not clean. Bed appeared to have just been remade. In the morning we realized that someone's shirt had been made into the bed. Morning staff was ok, checkin was not great. Waited least 10 minutes for the staff person who was definitely not happy to see us. This was likely the worst hotel experience of my life. The breakfast was OK to be fair

Did have a problem with first room. Mr. Brown the Front desk person took care of it. Move me to a better room and check the room himself to make sure all was fine. Excellent service.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I changed rooms because the TV, microwave, light, and phone were not working. The second room I was put in had an issue with the window not closing all the way. The hotel needed lots of upgrades, repairs and cleaning. There was always food on the floors and in the elevator. I stayed for two nights and never once heard the vacuum run, even when they were cleaning the rooms next to me.
