Clean and new construction.

The "marketplace" wasn't stocked very well. This should be a higher priority here due to limited options around the hotel. The TVs are not smart so no streaming service available. You can bring a PC with an HDMI cable.

The breakfast was well above what I was expecting.

Other guess' kids running down the hall. (Noise) The comforter or blanket did not hold the body heat as well as i would have liked. Also found a previous guest's food in the in room fridge.

Continental breakfast was NOT Up to par at all things were not filled back up. ( bagels,muffins,bread etc) Which left very little variety. We were there at 730am still had hour and a half left to serve. FEEL like prices were jacked up for the bowling tournament people.

Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great selection.

The bathroom was disappointment I thought I had requested a spa jacuzzi room and didn't get that

Good location not too close to highway noise. Clean, well appointed rooms, nice amenities.

Just advice to management: The sold inner window curtains are on tracks that only extend about 18” on each side so there’s not way to cover the window completely. The outer curtains are very sheer, almost transparent. My room was on the 2nd floor and the extremely bright parking lot lighting shone into my room and I had to use the bed comforter to cover the window because the lights were directly in my eyes when I was In bed and it would be impossible to sleep. Having blackout curtains covering the entire window would solve the problem Otherwise room was great!

Room service and room cleaning was very poor.. Often did not get complete set of towels. Floor not vacuumed.

The staff was friendly

The location is not the best. The shower needed to be fixed

Fairfield has never let us down. We needed to be next the elevator and our request was added, Thank You!!

the staff was friendly, the facility was neat and clean.

the pool water looked liked it needed to be changed out, the pool had a few rocks at the bottom of it and you could feel sand as well, just needed to be cleaned.

The bathrooms are small, and the toilet leaked water from the tank onto the floor. The beds are uncomfortable. Some of the staff had no clue when we asked to leave a day early. When we checked out, one staff was able to help us.

Everything was clean and staff was great.

Breakfast@7. Should be 6 for people who have to be up and out early.

it was clean and in a very good location near the mall and meijers and Walmart. very close to fire keeper casino. breakfast layout is nice pool was nice but small hot tub was amazing

pool was small and a little cold. but after awhile you get use to it
