I like the staff they was real understanding and change my room for me great people.

The smell of the room it smells like raw sewage inside one of the rooms. I was not aware of the renovations they had going on It was not stated on the website.

Shower wasn't working right, and the faucet on the sink was very loose.

From the minute I stepped in the door I was acknowledged and assisted. Each time I came and went I was greeted. The rooms they have an excellent staff. From the desk out front to the service workers and housekeepers.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay location was ok

Room could of been cleaner ac unit was full of dust a used band Sid was on the hot tub the bed sheets looked dirty room smelled like cigarettes

No elevator. The handicap room was dingy and had to climb over edge of tub. Didn’t have hand rails to help get out. Hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Could write in the dust.

the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great

we were there with a group for a baseball tournament. the management team was very irritated that there were people outside. there was probably 4 or 5 different baseball and softball teams staying. to be respectful most people went outside and played corn hole , spike ball or sat in lawn chairs. it was mostly families and nothing unruly was going on. however the management team was stressed and threatening to kick people out, and telling them there was a STRICT quiet time at 10 pm. honestly if they want people to stay there , they will have to relax if people are outside just enjoying the night air and each other’s company.

The staff was great. The receptionist Sai were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time.

it was old and shabby and in very poor repair. places where the ceiling and walls were patched and falling down. comforter torn. bathroom door didn’t close tightly. furniture torn. pool closed. unexpected fee to check in early.
