We visited Riga for a boys trip for the weekend and booked the apartment as a last minute thing. The apartment was perfect, had everything in it and WiFi was amazing. The staff met us checkin and explained everything about the apartment and the check out was seamless as well. Location is amazing, only took 5 minutes in a cab to old town. We downloaded the Bolt app and got our rides for half price in the cabs!!!

Pro: Apartment itself is good. Old building but newly renovated. It has almost everything in it. I loved their dish washer and Illy coffee machine. Wooden furniture not from IKEA. Bedding linens are good and clean. (But pillows are little bit smelly.) Con: 1. Room 5 &6 have paint or lacquer smell. I don't know the other room has it. The staff said the floor was painted 6 months ago and it is not chemical. She told me I was very sensitive and the others never complained. However I was sored with my eyes and throat every morning. 2. It has beep sound every 10 to 20 mins. It was not loud but annoying. The staff told me it must be neighborhood's noise. But it was inside the apartment. 3. Dishwasher flooded on the floor one day. She told me the plumber will come at 4PM. But never comes up. 4. I think Riga is safe city. But in this neighborhood, some shops are empty and the other shops closed really early. Not many people walking in the evening. 5. The apartment settled very next to the Ukrine school. Your valcony faces their playground. It should be noisy when school time. When I stayed, it was summer vacation.

We stayed three nights in our two bedroom apartment. Check-in was flexible and the staff were friendly. The apartment itself was large and bright. The location of the apartment is just short walk away from the old town.

For our 7 day business trip, this spotless, comfortable apartment had all we needed plus a nice balcony off the bedroom and pleasant view. We enjoy fixing our own breakfasts. RIMI and Stockmann supermarkets are a 15 minute walk and have top quality groceries. Prime location for us. Only used taxi to and from airport. Managers responded quickly to every message - met us on the street where the taxi let us off, carried our heavy bags, explained apartment details, and had us sign an agreement. We loved everything about this place other than the wifi signal that wavered from excellent to weak. A simple reset of the modem helped.even though it interrupted our work. Weve stayed at hotels in Riga at double the price, but this tops them all. The spaciousness and wonderful lighting were all appreciated. Highly, highly recommended!

Pretty nice apartment, a little bit dificult to find it out but no too much. The administrator came in immediately to explain how to use everything eventhough I had a late check in; the tv didnt work but sent someone to fix it.Clean, organized and comfy, I recommend it!!!
