Good Location, clean, friendly stay, Art decoration around, very safety. Thanks to José Antonio & Gabriela to make us to feel comfortable in our stay.

The locality of the room was great however it was very loud until late into the night and started very early into the morning.

I had a one night stay at Larq'a Park Rooms. Gabriela was exceptional. The place is so inviting, the room very clean and comfortable, amenities appropriate and much welcomed. The only reason I'm not providing a 5/5 is that Lima is hot this time of year and there was no A/C in my room. Even with the portable fan, my room was quite warm and humid. I opened the windows and the room cooled a bit after sundown.

It was a really quiet place to stay with the table where you could sit and work and have a coffee or a living room where you could just sit and read a book. Professional that Almost like being home

Excellent location, water is in walking distance and so many places to shop and eat. Larcomar Square just blocks away. They arranged a ride from the airport to the hotel and then back to the airport and conveniently charged it with our room. Bed was so comfortable and breakfast was served in the dining room each morning. They also didnt just make our bed and clean the bathroom, they hung up all our clothes and arranged all of our items neatly in the closet :)

Our host Jose Antonio looked after up superbly from airport pick up until our departure. He provided local guidance to 2 very tured travellers. Area was great and safe. Happy to recommend.

Location is good for sure. Facilities are also not bad. However, unless you are super insensitive to noise, you may not be able to sleep well as the room facing street does not have any measures against noise. Only a thin layer of windows...Feel like you are sleeping on the street. What a pity. My worst stay in Peru is exactly here.Btw, it’s more like an Airbnb for this place, so you need to schedule time for check in and check out. Don’t even fancy storing your luggage after checking out. That’s impossible. More strangely, landlord will send your messages to warn you to follow the rules, or they will choose to share your information with certain organisations who ban unfavourable guests jointly. that’s very unfriendly for guests.I am sure this room is more suitable to be placed on Airbnb rather than Expedia.

I loved staying here as its right in Miraflores center street. Antonio and Gaby were very helpful hosts right from the beginning, helping with Chech in, where to go around Lima, how to get around, where to eat etc. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for budget accommodation

Great location opposite Parque Kennedy, private rooms with nice facilities and very accomodating hosts. I stayed here twice whilst I was in Lima and enjoyed it both times, I would definitely stay here again. The staff also help to arrange private airport transfers at a good price.

It is not a hotel. Only a guest house. We lived in a twin beds room with private toilet outside the room. The room face to the street is very noise. The owner Jose and Gaby are very nice and helpful. Living in is just like living at home. It's not prefect not comfortable.

Access to room: two doors with locks and a cell-like barred door to the landing. The host was very welcoming and e mailed personal recommendations after arrival Piping hot shower .. tiny room - spotlessly clean with free wi-fi and TV White crisp sheets and plenty of towels Elevator adjacent to room - so not exactly quiet Situated next to J F Kennedy Square - lively

Not really a hotel but Guestrooms. Not that they are selling themself as anything different, butdo not expect a lobby at the groind floor. Once tou have reached the floor you receive plenty of local information that was very usefull. In addition I was contacted on WhatsAp where a room was created in case I had any problems in Lima. Great service

Great location, love the Miraflores area, handy to waterfront, walk, parks, cafes etc. I didnt actually realise when I was booking that it was an apartment that was shared with others but it worked well for us. Gaby gave us a lovely breakfast and was really helpful to us, thank you
