Hotel was nice and comfortable in a quiet location that was a bit outside of town. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection, but wish it opened earlier than 7. There were about 20 people waiting for it to open so they could get out exploring for the day.

At first found broken glass was found in the room which they move me right away
Second, man at the night shift was hella sarcastic which ok I can deal with that, and the last my room wasn’t cleaned and when I went down to the lobby to complain they just gave me the towels to take

We stayed here for 3 days while exploring the Black Hills. This was a great location, close to many areas of interest. Property was clean, well maintained, with friendly staff. Our only complaint was the coffee, which could have been stronger..but that is our preference so overall not a big deal. Grateful to have the pool to cool down and the hot tub to ease the aches from horseback riding and hiking…

Our room was clean the day we arrived. No one came to clean in 5 days. After 3 days we requested new towels, shampoo, body wash, coffee pods, but after that request they only made the beds. I personally went to the front desk and they gave me what we needed.
The first morning we were there I got up early and went downstairs for coffee. The pots were empty so I had to wait a while. One of the ladies working there said “You know you have coffee in your room. Why are you down here? I told her my sister was sleeping and I didn’t want to wake her. One minute later another worker said “Why are you down here drinking our coffee when you could drink your own. The man next to me said it’s because yours is so much better. He won her over. She smiled and was nice after that.

Get rid of the blinking light on the fire alarm! It’s so bright and seriously kept me awake. Not a bad place but be aware it is on the way out of town. Not really near anything but a gas station. Next time we’ll stay closer to town. Also, I think we should get a heads up when entire kids sports teams are taking over the hotel. There was not a chance we could get anywhere near the pool with how many kids were running around - unsupervised I might add.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bed with nice bedding. The only negative is no housekeeping service. So, no new towels, tissue dispensers was empty after using a couple of tissues so no one to replenish. No in room coffee for the morning.
