I had a bit of difficulty finding this place. Firstly, this apartment is not in New Kingston, but rather in a place called "Mona". Therefore, the name is slightly misleading.
I booked this location and was eventually moved to another location, which was quite nice in the end, however, the security that is at the gate for this apartment complex needs to be aware that there may be guests checking in here that booked through Expedia. The security had NO IDEA who I was and did not let me in. I had to contact the property manager to assist.
The location I stayed at (was relocated to) was quite nice, very clean so there were no complaints there.

The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating.AC was in the living room only. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance.
Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.

Just Super, the Staff was the best, she is a people person, and others will know about it for sure.

the extra charges was a shock, but the property was secure and very nice.
it was well positioned for the shops, buses and walking.
there was space for parking cars and visitors were well attended by the security staff.
overall I had a marvellous and wonderful time.

I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. Security guards at gate 24/7 plus staff on WhatsApp made me feel like everything was always taken care of. Also, I was concerned about mosquitos, but the apartment is set up so that they basically can't get it. It's great. I recommend.
