Great refurb on an old hotel and fantastic location and some rooms have ocean views… I’m a little disappointed I had to contact them to release the 100 bond they take after a month of it being in my credit card

Large and comfortable room, bathroom is large and comfortable too. Very convenient with walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The TV and the air conditioner are very easy to use compared with other hotels where we had lots of troubles to use.

Whilst this is a great location, I couldn't recommend staying here due to the noise. The music and base from the rooftop bar makes it impossible to sleep well, unless you are going to be out late each night I would stay somewhere else

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very nice and always happy to help. It was great having a restaurant/bar downstairs. Only negative was the sound from the music being played in the bar area could be heard from our room late at night when trying to get to sleep. Not much you can do about it but maybe something to be mindful of when booking. Otherwise an enjoyable place to stay

It was perfect and wonderful. They checked me in early for my 13:00 surfing lessons, The Staffs are all big fan of surfing. I can have the most nice day in the first day in Australia. Thankyou!

Great hotel, very modern and a great location close to everything. Was just very noisy, the windows aren’t doubled glazed so you can hear all of the traffic and there is a thrill seeking ride close by so you can hear people screaming from the hotel rooms.

The service was amazing!! Check-in was so easy & getting a free drink card at the downstairs bar was the best. The staff were pleasant & accomodating. There was complimentary water bottles in the fridge & same with the chips. The bed was comfortable, but there was a party which was a bit loud but it didn't go all night so as a light sleeper I was alright.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The baloncy had a view down the street to the coastline. It was a very easy walk to dining precints and the water. As it was in the heart of Surfers Paradise, the street noise was louder than usual, so if you are a light sleeper, you may find this annoying.
