The location was great, food courts, shopping, MRT, buses all within walking distance. Having a washing machine, dryer and cooking facilities and a good size fridge was fantastic as this meant we could pack light and cook meals on days we preferred to eat in. I would definitely recommend this property

Stayed in 1-bedroom apartment with sofa bed. Apartment is modern, clean and quiet. Front-desk staff is always helpful. Conveniently located near Somerset MRT station (5min walk).

The venue was clean and well kempt, with bi-weekly room cleaning and refreshing of towels, bottled water, toilet paper, and beddings. Clarke Quay and Plaza Singapura are both within easy walking distance which makes it a nice location as well. I also enjoyed the welcome gift and the staff were always friendly. Overall a good stay.

Great stay, good value. Only quibble is they no longer provide a good set of pots, pans, plates. Kind of a cheap way to skimp on costs. When we stayed 2 years ago, they did provide these basic items and it made a world of difference.

The liner and bath sheets are worn out. Very cheap stuff. They don't keep any coffee tea items in the room. Electric kettle had Australian plug and we had to buy a plug to use it. The manager is a grumpy guy. Staff are not bad

Stayed here for ten nights in January with my wife and toddler. It was just about big enough for us to eat and watch TV etc while our son slept in the evenings. A large cot was provided. Considering the competitive price, if there were a few improvements I would give this property five stars:- The kitchenette was not fully equipped e.g. there were no tea towels to dry dishes with; there was only one cooking pot and it was huge so not ideal for cooking small meals for my son; there was no frying pan or wok- The paintwork is in need of a touch up e.g. bathroom ceiling, ceilings in the common areas- No phone in the room so we had to walk down to reception to speak to anyone- The TV was very old and in need of replacingOtherwise this is a good value option in a very good location.

Apartment space is good but furniture and amount of crockery within living area was poor

A lovely rooftop garden with great views. However - it could have been better equipped. No toaster, for example (we bought our own). The lounge was old and very uncomfortable- springs poking into the back - and can barely fit three people on it. The tv had basic cable and no connectivity options. No real hot water in the kitchen. And it would benefit from double glazed windows to keep traffic noise out at night.

This is a very convenient place and the staff tries to accommodate what is feasible. The gym and pool facilities add to the long stay. Pet friendly hotel. ThanKyou once again team.

Moved to the Thanksgiving straight after a stay at Oakwood. Couldn’t have been more different. Staff at the Oakwood were pleasant, helpful and attentive. Staff at Thanksgiving mainly didn’t seem interested in their guests. Facilities at Thanksgiving were very basic. My kitchen light didn’t work and the bed barely fit in the room - it covered a second set of light switches and there was a hole in the unit. The towels seemed old and tired. There was no phone in the room to call reception for anything. I was given two small bottles of water for a 7 night stay. Ultimately I was glad that I was able to leave 24 hours earlier than planned. The only positive was the location. I won’t be staying there again and neither should you. Suggest you bag a room at the Oakwood…

Terrible experience starting from check-in. Despite the location at prestigious Oxley road, the condition of the building and room is surprisingly bad.

I stayed in a studio room at Thanksgiving for 2 weeks in January 2021 during a relocation from Singapore. I had my pet cat with me. The room was nothing fancy but was clean, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen appliances, crockery, glassware, cutlery etc. The washer/dryer was a bonus and there was even a fold-out clothes rack provided. The large windows that open to allow plenty of fresh air are wonderful. There was loads of storage space in the room and if a fabulous shower is important to you, look no further! Housekeeping (2x per week) was included in the room tariff and the efficient cleaning staff responded well to requests. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and were available at all hours. Due to flight cancellations my accommodation dates changed and there was no problems with fee adjustments even though I had booked at the lower, non cancellation rates. The property is conveniently located near bus stops and a shuttle bus to MRTs is provided each weekday morning. My room was towards the side of the property that overlooked Oxley Rd and could get a little noisy during busy traffic times. My room was larger than others that I had been shown on a previous visit so to me, the trade off was worth it and I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others that are seeking a spacious room with a kitchenette which will feel like a home away from home.

Super comfy and large unit (400 sq ft) with own bedroom and sofa and dining area. Equip with fridge, washing machine etc too. Good location with greenary.

Perfect location and beautiful apartments. Only suggestion would be to have a mirror in the apartment itself, not just in the bathroom. Perhaps hung on a wall or back of door if possible.

Okay but small things within the room let it down. TV was virtually non existent and reception seemed to come and go, and cooking facilities were not adequate.
