The only good thing this hotel has going on is location. Therefore the rating wasn’t the lowest. It’s by the Kordon ( promenade), walkable distance to all the sights and nightlife. Safe area. Other than that, everything else was very disappointing. Our room was dirty when we checked in. Bed sheets weren’t fresh and the bathroom was a mess. Hair all over the bathtub and dead skin (so much that you can scoop it, I have video),toilet desperately needed a brush ( you can imagine why), the sink was disgusting. I reported this to the front desk, but they said no cleaning crew was available and nothing can be done until next morning. Actually the receptionist tried to ask an employee to take care of that, but the guy refused. What a service, ha! They showed me few other available rooms, all were in the same state. So I had no choice, but to clean it myself by pouring boiling water( there is kettle in the room) and using desinfecting wipes. I felt they should’ve pay me not vice versa. That’s not acceptable. Receptionists barely speak English and zero knowledge about basic tourist staff. Not helpful at all. Breakfast was ok, but they are so stingy with their servings and so unpleasant when serving as you, they make you feel as you are asking them to give you their liver. Very negative energy from the ladies at breakfast who seemed like they hated every guest and hated to be there. Very unpleasant stay. Unprofessional staff. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel!

Great location. But my room lights didn’t work and after four requests to have them fixed, nothing was done. I asked for a room change which was great. Further, having breakfast one morning the plants were watered and the outdoor area was hosed down while people were still having breakfast. This should have been done after breakfast was finished. The breakfast staff were lovely, but reception staff needed to be more welcoming and friendly to guests. I’d stay here again though as it was good value.

the hotel is in a convenient location, only breakfast included, nothing else. accommodation only. clean enough, cleaned every day. generally not bad for the money. thanks)

Hotel location is very nice. The room walls are very thin. If you have talkative neigbours or they like watching tv, you can't sleep till they stop. The bathrooms for two adjacent rooms have common suspended ceilings and from the neighbor bathroom you can hear all conversations.

Nice place in great location, in the heart of the city, Close to waterfront and shopping stores. Crew was friendly, room, and bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. wifi is not strong or fast. I forgot my phone and they mailed it to me. Strongly recommend.

why you changed breakfast place

Internet service is too bad. Only on lobby. The hotel got withdraw the amount from my account one day prior to my visit which is opposite to their policy. Staff on reception need to smile instead.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast operations could use some improvement. There were some maintenance issue for room 206 like repair in wall paper and drywall.Besides that the location is perfect and price is reasonable.

Close to the center only Very small rooms You can't sleep at night because of the noise and drunks in the restaurants under the hotel Old bathroom ,,hygiene fills the bathroom Breakfast is very poor The park is not free by offer I paid the park daily for 20 liras and when I returned at night I found that the park was full and the hotel does not have a park!! I searched for a street park and paid 10 liras, Water breaks in the bathroom at night

I arrived early at 6 am .. they manage to give me a small room . But they did not change the room even they promised to change. But over all the hotel under reconstruction in the lobby area. The hotel just minutes from the beatch. And also near konak clock. The breakfast was good. I will give them 8 in scoring.

Great value for money in a very pleasing location. This area never sleeps! So, expect livelihood and noises at night in a positive vibes.

Free parking, in the center of the city and easy access. Poor and old furniture, breakfast is below the average and requires to replace the towels and the bed sheets with new ones and it is old and has stains.

It is central, the room is comfortable, clean. This hotel is a good value.

Great location right near the sea front. Hotel was lovely and clean but had trouble getting the shower tray to drain unless we kept turning the shower off for a few minutes and then back on to continue. Lovely view from the breakfast restaurant.

Otelin karşısındaki mekandan gelen aşırı sesli müzik gece 2:15'e kadar devam etti. Diğer yorumlara göre bu devamlı olan bir sorun. Otel bu konuda hiçbir şey yapamıyor.

Tiny room at seafront. For the fare I would recommend but even in night time it is too noisy, unable to sleep. Restaurant view is marvellous. Staff id great

Very near the sea and downtown but when I booked through Expedia it was an offer that to check in 2 hours earlier when I asked them in the beginning thy told me that not included because been not booked through the hotel directly it after awhile thy give me the room.. what I am saying that they should not say that to the customers.. anyway was a very good hotel Thanks

Hotel was centrally locates and is a block away from the seaside where there are tons of great bars and restaurants. Parking was free which was great considering that it’s hard to find parking in that area. Room was clean and updated but the bathroom needed updating. Rooms were a bit cramped but otherwise, pretty good value for the price.

Expedia dont gave fair reservation rates as: ınclude breakfaat and not include option are not Visible enough on the page as in Booking com. İs the secınd time that I face this situation with expedia, telling “ you get discount of ....usd” In fact the discount is a reservation only with bed option Not B&B I will not do my reservation ant more with ecoedia Veryyyyyyy tricky and unfair...........

All rooms except few are smoking and non smoking ones are always occupied. If you are not a smoker, prefer another hotel. Hotel is in bar district and even 9th floor is very noisy especially on weekends. Loud music continues till 02-03 am. It's very hard to sleep even windows are closed. Standard rooms are tiny and no space for 2 person.
