You have to go to the Hilton hotel NEXT door to check in. No one was at the front desk, so waited 10 minutes. Then you go back to Home Suites 2 and there is no staff there except house keeping.
Our room smelled like the sewage was coming up from the bathroom drains. We will never stay there again.

Didnt know fwo hotels .erged as one. Had to go to other hotel location to check in. It was a bit of a walk we werent expecring. Other that that ghe stay was nice. The beds were not very cushiony. Felt the springs alot.

The room seemed clean but it had an awful pungent musky smell that was hard to get past. The front desk manager was so incredibly nice and was unfortunately all by herself. I didn’t want to bother her further because she was busy. I was too tired to say anything and went to bed.

I loved this hotel! The room I stayed in was accessible especially with me having to use a walker. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable and I loved the shower knowing I coild just roll into the shower witj my walker

It was decent for the price. Quiet. Pool smelt funky, and when we checked in we asked for late check out which we got until 12 noon. For some reason the gentleman did not put that in the system. Around 820 house keeping was trying to open my door as i had the Do not disturb sign on the door. My son and i were getting breakfast for my wife and daughter down stairs and when got back to our room housekeeping was knocking and trying to get in my room. Around 1130 we get a call from the front desk asking of i was ok and if i needed more time because check out is at 11. I informed her that we had already asked for late check out at 12 noon. Other than that, the stay was alright.

Overall it was a great location for my mom to stay. Unfortunately checkin at 3, was not late enough for the hotel, but thankfully they had a handicap bathroom to use until it was ready after 4:30.
The room was amazingly spacious, making it easy to use the wheelchair and not run into anything. The roll in shower was exactly what we were hoping for, only thing I would have liked to be different, was the location of the shampoo/body wash, which was behind the shower chair.
The door to enter the room, was heavy too, which made it hard for mom to open door and get chair in alone.

It was nice but definitely different. You had to check in on the other side which I guess is a “real” Hilton and not the knock off we got. I mean ours was a “Hilton” but a cheaper one and it felt like we were doing everything by ourselves, like if we were at home but paying to stay there. If you like that kind of place this is for you but it is not for me. When I go to a hotel, I expect certain things and for me to be able to get a hold of or see people and not feel as if we were not at a hotel.

The room was ok. It did have a not so good smell when i walked in. The bed was super uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. The sofa bed had alot of stains, I put a towels over it to sit on. The breakfast was good and the outdoor pool was clean.

Housekeeping did half when it came to cleaning and amenities were missing. Poor customer service. Check in was delayed bye over an hour due to a system shutdown on their end but front desk (including managment) did not seem to care. Did not apologize for inconvenience nor offered anything meanwhile we waited

We enjoyed our stay. The only reason we did not give a 5 star is because of the setup with two hotels combined. We received different breakfasts, and couldn’t use the same doors. That inconvenience kept it from being a perfect stay.

It was a little frustrating. We get there after a 5 hr drive and get checked in and then we walk to our room and it’s open with a maintenance cart. Then had to go back downstairs with all our stuff to get another room. The room had no soap for our hands, half used toilet paper, the pillows were like pancakes. The pool was nice. The breakfast kinda sucked…no meat…the eggs were super cold…only one waffle maker and had to wait forever.

We had a room overlooking the main room. Got very little sleep due to noise pollution....even the loud air conditioning did not drown out the noise.
We arrived down for breakfast at 8.45 on our 2nd morning and there was no hot food left as there was a large group of children ( sports event on) staying. Not enough food made/available to cover amount of people. staying. Disappointping as the 1st morning breakfast was good.

Had everything we needed for a week long family stay. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke and odor do not stay on the top floor. We had to move down to a new room because there was a long term resident staying at the hotel who smokes in their room. The staff accommodated are request quickly. BTW the complimentary breakfast was good.
