$20.00 a day to park on site!!! I thought we were getting a good deal until this was discovered. There’s no real way to park anywhere else as Flagler has limited parking. Other than that it was clean, great location, and spacious.

I waited 10 minutes before anyone appeared at the check in desk. Overall room and breakfast were suitable. It is $25 per night to park. The garage is poorly lit.

I used to live in New Smyrna Beach so I know the town well. Our annual beach weekend office party had us staying at the SpringHill Suites this year. We paid almost $400 per night to stay and mostly it was for convenience. Garage parking & elevators provide easy access to unload baggage/ get up to room. Upon entering the floor of our room you could feel the mustiness & when we entered our room it was humid and musty. The a/c return on the wall was FILTHY! I brought paper towels with me (after reading other reviews about the lack of towels provided) and I wiped it down three times which barely made a dent. It wouldn’t have been such an issue if not for the fact it’s right next to the bed & the dust is so in your face. Yes, the a/c is LOUD! Bring earplugs to sleep. Next the barn door bathroom door was broken. The lock absolutely didn't work/lineup & the big handle in the door was only screwed in on the bottom. So when you grab the handle to slide the door, it’s dangling down. The toilet is not made for a hotel as it never filled up after flushing. We had to constantly jiggle the handle or take the lid off to play with it to get it to fill with water. The balcony was dirty. I don’t think anyone ever cleans the balcony. Floor was full of dirt, slider door frame was filthy and so were railings. I didn’t want to stand on it bare footed. No house keeping over two night stay. Pool is full of kids but beach is steps away. Of course dining, shopping & nightlife abound.

Ideal location .. great staff .. underground parking ($20 per) .. clean .. some minor gripes (pool cold, beds not the most comfortable) .. overall: worth it.

Beautiful sandy Beach. Can see the space launches, loved the dining options & icecream. Hotel is nice and relaxing. Beach allows cars to drive on it, so that might not be appealing to all as they obstruct the ocean view for sunbathers.

Great place to stay! Central to beach and restaurants. Comfortable, soundproof rooms with excellent beds and amenities. Nice free buffet breakfast. Firepits in evening, live acoustic mysic and bar on oremises plus pool and exercise room.

Beautiful room at a nice location on NSB. Every thing was great but one critique is that we had to call in order to get room service. The first two days we did not get room service at all. We traveled with young children and you can imagine the smell of our trash because it was not taken out.

That policy of not cleaning the rooms everyday can determine us from coming back, never heard before of such a policy. Reconsider this ! We are locals and like the area! Thank you

Our room was very clean and very nice however with younger children, doesn’t make sense we were given the room right beside the bar on Flagler.

Beautiful hotel, great location, on the beach next to shops, restaurants-bars, coffee, ice cream.

Location was amazing, the staff was great and the accommodations were cozy

I thought the hotel was very nice; however, I didn’t like like the fact that they only had 2 elevators and one was not working or was out of service. Also, it was very inconvenient because the hotel’s internet went down almost the entire trip and we were not able to use our phones to text or for searching the Internet. In addition, some of the TV selections would not work like Netflix since the internet was down. Other than that everything else was satisfactory.

I was so happy to find a hotel that had rooms to accommodate our family of 6. The staff was extremely helpful.

Surprisingly not eco friendly for a beach hotel! Plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast!
