Everything was good! Greeted every day by front desk. Room and surroundings clean.

First off we reserved two rooms over 2 months ago but upon check-in one room was on the first floor and the second room was on the second floor. Friends of ours reversed a room a week before our stay and were given the room next to us while our kids had to stay in the room on the second floor. The staff said they were unable to put our reserved rooms together. The mattress was hard, our view faced the back entrance wall and the flood light from outside came through the curtain lighting up the entire room making it impossible to sleep. The pool was fenced but in the parking lot and parents refused to keep their kids out of the hot tub which they were not supposed to be in in the first place.

The building was nice and clean. I liked that efforts made for sustainability such as refillable full-size bottles of shampoo and body wash and one main light switch to help ensure lights were not left on unnecessarily. The layout of the room was strange. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable compared to most hotels. Overall the stay was nice and I would book again.

The stay was ok. The main thing that made me hate staying here was the bathtub needs some kind of liner or mat inside. It was waaaay to slippery when taking a shower and one of us took a very nasty fall bruising head, shoulder and hip. Sounds a little funny but we are very thankful there was no serious injury.

First time in Utah. We couldn't of picked a better place to stay. Nice all around. Decor was amazing. Amenities were great. Hospitality was great. If i ever return to the area i know where I'll be staying.

overall, our stay was not so bad. We were there with many other families for a soccer tournament. Due to the soccer game schedule, we needed a late check out of 1:00 PM yesterday. The manager provided that for many of the other family in our group. But she refused to accommodate that for us!! They shouldn't do it for anyone or provide that for all!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The free 5 mile radius shuttle was a life saver! Enjoyed the pool/hot tub. My only disappointment was the breakfast was overcooked the 6/7 days we stayed there.

There is a huge disconnect between Expedia and the property rules. Expedia clearly mentions that they will have DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, however, when I asked they clearly said our policy does not have daily housekeeping. I booked this hotel explicitly because it highlighted the housekeeping else would have booked some other cheaper options.
Secondly, the room had multiple issues - Toilet was cracked, bathroom floor tile was cracked, both tables in the room had surface chips and I had to take photos and show it to front desk to avoid incidental charges on my account.
Also, I requested front desk to get the room cleaned, they promised that they will do it because Expedia and their rules doesn't match, but they didn't do it and the lady was not there in front desk the next day. It was a disaster experience with Springhill suits at South Jorden Utah and also with Expedia to misguide with the property highlights.

This was my second stay here. This is now my go-to place to stay when visiting family in Herriman. Staff was super friendly and helpful both times (they actually remembered me and my daughters from when we first stayed here 4 months ago!). Rooms are spacious and clean.

We checked in late and the front desk was very accommodating to our situation. Great location near the Freeway, Restaurants, and shopping! It snowed the morning of our departure and they had snow scrapers and brushes available.

It was perfect. We had a wonderful stay. The only tithing that could have made it better is an indoor pool. In November, it’s hard to swim! 😊

The hotel is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The room its self is uncomfortable. The sofa is the worse. If you spend anytime in the room its uncomfortable. Also the bed was a bit hard for me.Breakfast was ok. Not sure ill be back to Springhill Suites.

The only complaint i have is, and why i gave it 4 stars, THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE TO SLEEP ON. ROCK HARD. I actually got elbow burns from the bed from tossing and turning with my elbows!. Not a comfortable sleep. Which blows my mind because everything else was perfect. ..put some money into comfortable beds its 2023! wth!
