Of all the Hilton Garden Inns, and similar hotels, this was the best one - very friendly and helpful staff, clean, good location for all we needed to do in town. The biggest surprise was the food - really good breakfast compared to other similar hotels.

The room was quiet and clean. What stood out was the kitchen offerings. I had THE BEST scallop appetizer I think Ive ever had!! The breakfast was good. Service quick, prices great! Will definitely return. Taxi coucher to the airport was pretty awesome as well!

Love staying in this area for shopping, hotel is nice overall. Comfy beds, clean rooms.
I would advise that you go out for breakfast rather than pay for the buffet in the hotel; the buffet food was cold (bacon, eggs, hashbrows, sausages) and the waitresses sat with what must have been friends at the other end of the room. We didn’t get served coffee once, and were told to wait for coffee to be brought around.
Check in was painfully long, even though we had pre-paid online.

The only recommendation we have is for the breakfast on the main floor. The eggs were great because they were freshly made and warm, however the sausage and vegetables were cool. We would have enjoyed them more if they were kept warm.

Beautiful new modern hotel with a large gorgeous lobby and large beautiful rooms. Breakfast was great and very reasonable. Enjoyed the lobby bar as well and our good friendly bartender. Highly recommend.

Our room was very spacious, the bed could have been better I was expecting a pillow top mattress in this hotel. The train tracks next to the hotel didn’t make for a quiet night’s sleep. The restaurant and lounge are a bonus. Overall good.

Parking was bad, had to park in an adjacent lot. It was raining while I carried my files and computer. I booked a regular business suite but got stuck with an "accessible room"... i prepaid for a regular room where I would not have to slip while taking a shower... no such luck.

The hotel was in a great location for shopping, that was the deciding factor for us. The hotel room was nice, the pillows are awful. I went and bought myself a new pillow so I didn’t wake up again with a sore neck and back. It’s true about the guys doing donuts in the parking a lot adjacent to the hotel. It’s loud for sure. There isn’t enough parking spaces for all guests at the hotel, I had to park in a parking lot over that felt sketchy. I don’t feel that this hotel is worth the cost, there is only 3 hotels in the area close to ikea, they are definitely charging more because of this.
The staff was the best thing at this hotel, they are very professional, helpful and met our needs with a roll away cot, which was surprisingly super comfortable.

A nice hotel in a safe location with great staff. The room felt new and clean and the entire hotel including the pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a good price and the selection was what you would expect for a hotel buffet.

On Saturday night the parking lot for the outlet mall (immediately next to this property) became a hang out for approx. 30 cars to show off their stuff. They performed spin outs and were reving engines for over an hour after midnight.
