One nighter for one person, very well organized apartment. The apartment can fit way more people of course and is very comfortable with a very nice terrace. I recommend it

I honestly would not stay here again or recommend it to anybody. It was in a very busy part of town - lots of people and businesses along the streets. Loud people were out late on weeknights into 2-3am. Coming from international, that does not help trying to overcome jet lag.

Friendly and comfortable stay in Munich during Oktoberfest. The hotel is walking distance to the fest, and the front desk staff were always so kind and helpful. The rooms do get quite loud at night due to their proximity to the train station— lots of people and vehicles outside making noise. But just bring some earplugs, and you’ll be fine. :)

Busy neighbourhood with a lot of noise, but the sound was totally blocked out when the windows were closed. Great location, walking distance to most tourist destinations, multiple grocery stores, the main train station, and many nice restaurants. Would stay here again!

The staff were great but the condition of the room was only so so. We were in 5 with our kids sleeping on the pull out sofa and an extra bed they brought in. The extra bed collapsed tit he floor when someone sat on it and we realized it was broken in a number of places. We asked to replace it and that was done right away fortunately but it should have never been put in a guest room. The pull out couch bed also was on the verge of the mattress breaking through the frame of the bed. Last the ceiling fan is connected to the light so we had to sleep with no ceiling fan. If it were much hotter it would have been unbearable.

This hotel was a gem in the area. Clean! Big and open. 5 of us and we had more than enough space! The desk clerc was very kind and very helpful. Had trouble learning the key, and she came right up to the room to show us how to use it. There is also a very nice cafe/coffee shop right next door-1min walk drom hotel. The train station is a 7-10min walk from the hotel-very convenient!
I am not as used to big cities, but I did not care for the city/area. It was too chaotic, and people just hanging around, watching you get in and out of the car.

Location was central to the city and very close to the train station which is what I was looking for. Comfortable room and lodging but definitely not a hotel experience. First, there was no air conditioning. I may have missed this in the description. There is no private parking but was able to find street parking later in the night. If going with family and kids, I would stay in a different location since this is right off the Main Street and very busy intersection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay for a holiday in Munich. Conveniently close to the central train station and walking distance to downtown. Room was spacious and clean and security was good. There was a lot of noise from a large construction project across the street but if the windows are closed it was not too noticeable.

Great location from a proximity to train station and old town perspective and ideal for families brewing able to keep us all in one reasonably priced apartment.

This was the first place we stayed on our Europe vacation and the stay was hard to compare to the rest of the places we stayed. No other place could compete. The staff was great, the apartment was excellent and Rex was very entertaining. This place spoiled us and if we return, we will stay there.

Great convenient property (family of 5). Super easy access to central train station and grocery stores. Property was clean and spacious. The checkin hours say only till 4pm but we found out the front desk is open 24/7.

The property is located very close to the main train station which was very convenient. There is enough eateries in the vicinity. The room was adequate. It had everything we needed. The only issue we had was whenever we opened the windows, cigarette smoke from the people walking outside would waft in. Also, the police sirens were very loud at all hours of the day and night. We didn’t need the sofa bed so we folded it back up so we could sit on it but it was covered in dust. They do have a laundry facility which was a plus.

This was close to the HBF but the area was a bit questionable. I didn't feel safe.
The room had no air-con or cooling so we needed to open the window which would be fine except for the loud noise. Not only was there construction at two sites opposite (that started very early and finished very late) but the emergency vehicle sirens and traffic was really loud, as was the yelling and screaming from people in the street.

This was a great place to stay. They let us check in early and were very helpful with all of our questions. The location was only a 3 minute walk from the train station.

Hotel room is very dusty n noisy due to nearby constructions who started works 7am plus and room has no A/C as it's quite stuffy(need open windows)though in spring.Btw windows are facing main street n constructions.One side of the mattress is in bad condition(sunken). Night time can be noisy due to night clubs n casino.At least staffs are friendly but they can't help much with the situation.

We had the one bedroom apartment. Comfy bed, immaculate bathroom, a full equipped kitchen. The housekeeping was done everyday. Great communication with reception as we were delayed 24 hours due to the snow early December.

Clean apartment with functional bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is in the bedroom, which is awkward if some of your guests stay on the pullout in the living room. They have coin-operated laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) in the basement but do not have a coin machine. The front desk will ask you to go to the coffee shop next door to ask for coins if you have cash. The hotel is located on a very noisy street but with windows closed it isn't too bad. The smell of baking from the coffee shop travelled into our room and was amazing every morning. The walk to the city center was short but there are also transit options nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel as a family with kids. The room was spacious and clean all the time. The location is very close to Hauptbaunhof Station, which is very convenient.

Great place for our family of 5, with the option of eating some meals in the apartment. Grocery store nearby. Close to the main train station and walkable to Marienplatz. Staff were accommodating to our requests.

Didn’t know what to expect but this was a pretty cool place in the middle of Munich. Only a few minutes walk to the Marienplatz area. Odd that outside the hotel it seemed like it could be a bit unsafe, but inside I felt secure. Only “issue” was that the construction guys started pretty early but nothing could be done to prevent that. The family all seemed to enjoy this spot.
