Lot of old world charm and elegance but polished marble floors make this hazardous underfoot. I slipped and fell in the bar where there was a very small amount of water on the floor.
Room amenities are average - poor hairdryer, no face cloths, shampoo or conditioner (same product as hand wash!), poor sound proofing between rooms next door and on different storeys and lot of echo from corridors; noisy.
Power interruption 3 times in one night- once when I was in the shower and whole room went totally dark. Not great.

Wonderful hotel in a central location. We walked everywhere: to Duomo, restaurants, shopping, museums. Feels like a boutique hotel. Our room was actually big compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy. The free breakfast was great and the free drinks every evening in the bar was a plus. Would definitely recommend.

This is my second time staying at this property and it is perfect. Metro super close, the staff are very friendly. I can walk all over the city with ease from this property. I don't have high demands as i come for business but this hotel is definitely on my favorite list.

A few blocks from the duomo and a wonderful staff made this stay lovely. They offered apertivo in the evening and the breakfast was perfect and a great price. The a/c wasn’t cooling well for us and we asked for a fan hoping for a good nights sleep. To our surprise, the hotel had a fan and provided it to us. We’d stay here again if we are in Milan.

This is a great property, in a wonderful location, just a 5-minute walk to the Duomo and center of town, including shopping. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked great! The A/C kept us cool, as we visited in the summer! The staff was very helpful and friendly! We enjoyed our stay and would return!

Hotel is in an excellent, walkable area in central Milan. Rooms are large, modern and clean. Breakfast is included in rate as well as a Happy Hour in the evenings. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gardens are beautiful and serene. We will definitely stay there again.

Top rate super hotel, couldn't fault the service and my stay. It's more like a 4 star for sure, they really look after you, like a friend, from the word go. Free drink in the bar before 9pm each night, tasty breakfast with yummy pastries and fruit, yoghurt etc. Free soft drinks and water in room each day. Room was massive with marble like floor, so much bigger than expecting. Bathroom very good size again. Location perfect for a tourist, close to duomo and metro. So pleased I found and booked this hotel. Can't go wrong. Would return and recommend to family and friends etc.

Lovely small hotel in a great location. Easily walkable to Duomo, Galleria, and Sforza Castle as well as Brera neighborhood, with amazing restaurants and boutique shops. We were in the Galleria suite, which was very spacious. Had a lovely terrace as well. Breakfast was included, very hearty and delicious. Free drink before dinner was nice also. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Had a wonderful 3 night stay.

Hotel Milano Castello is clean and I love its artworks in the lobby ang their gardens. The breakfast is good. The only thing is, they don't have room service. If you need something like ironing board and iron, you have to pick it up yourself. But over all, I love the hotel and our stay was good.
