This hotel was just amazing. The room was super nice, the bathroom was very clean and breakfast was full of options! It locates close to a giant shopping center which opens until midnight and I didn’t feel unsafe to walk back to the hotel around 12am.
I think this hotel deserves higher scores of reviews!!!!

Loved the room, breakfast and staff at this hotel. Nice area also with many restaurants and a Mall too. Ideal when you have transport and want to have a good quality/price experience in Cairo :)

All of the staff were attentive, but some of the staff were extremely kind in away that you just don’t see anymore.

The staffs at the front desk were not professional. Their work was too clumsy. I had to wait a long time when I requested something there because the staff forgot it. In spite of that, just the concierge is very nice and efficient.
Also, I don't recommend to use the tour service agency which is located at the lobby of the hotel. It's over-charged and the contents are very poor.

This hotel was very pleasant and made our trip to Egypt memorable. The staff was great, the roombclean and the breakfast buffet terrific. It is in a safe environment which is paramount in Egypt. We were here as a member of a tour group and happy they chose this hotel as our base. There are a half dozen restuaurants adjacent to the hotel grounds which made it very convenient.

The location was very good but staff they don’t care I have to ask for towel many times and sometime room service dont answer the phone and never call back if I need to eat at night
My flight delayed and I lost one night did not even try to listen or compromise

My room heater was not working. After letting them they said they will look for it. We had to call 7-8 times. Each time we were told we will be given a new room. Finally got a new room on next day. Also each day the rooms comes with 2 tiny small water bottle. They kindda force people to buy water from their restaurant at high price. This kind of cheap things is not acceptable from big hotel.
