The receptionist was the only person who was helpful. The bed was comfortable but the condition of the bathroom could be better.
I tried communicating with the place a week before my arrival, only to learn that I never received any communication. Then, I wanted to postpone by dates to another week, the hotel (via booking.com) did not respond. When I went to the counter, the receptionist mentioned that I needed to communicate with them on another app. Hence, I did not even bother downloading the app as this will probably be my last time to stay at this place.
In all the hotels that I have stayed in, I have never experienced a hotel calling me during my sleep just to clean up. We will normally leave the sign on the door if we want the room to be cleaned.
The location of this hotel is not centralised as it's located off from town. Furthermore, the lift wasn't working during my whole stay.

You get two free bottles of water and a working AC. You get ants as a pet.
Every aspect of a dirty old motel was there. Old rooms with a few decades old dirt, stains on the bed and pillows, smell from the bathroom is like the streets of Paris in Spring 2023. lots of fake reviews on google maps.

There is nothing that disgusting. It is a place where to sleep . A very big room comfortable bed. I will not go there to remain during the day. If you thing that for 15€ is a 1 star ⭐⭐ you shouldn't come to Bali. You have swimming pool and AC that is properly working. For 15€. And they let bottled water every day. I am European but shamed by Europeans that give 1 ⭐ because they ask 5 ⭐ conditions for 15€, when in UE you pay at least 200€ for a similar place and point 5 ⭐.

Clean large room and close to Kuta and shopping centre. Friendly staff. Will stay here again. Also very good value.

The room smelled of urine. The walls had blood and dirty marks on them. The floor had ants all over it. There was a crazy amount of dust on the lampshades. We weren’t allowed to open the balcony doors for some unknown reason.

It was a nightmare for a toerist
the hotel was full of mold from the bottom floor to the top floor where i stayed in room 303 the roof was leaking . did not use the arco because I was afraid it was just as moldy as the walls and ceilings in the hotel. can't sleep from the heat 32 degrees and the smelly moldy air. the hotel is a sickening place and a danger to your health . after reporting my complaint I wanted to leave the hotel earlier and would spend another night and they were not willing to refund my money for the remaining days. but if I stayed there you would get a dangerous lung infection and also that booking.com has a commission of more than 110÷. it's really a shame

- adress on homepage is incorrect you need to drive 300m more
- price in the hotel is 50% cheaper than in booking

The staffs were friendly, the pool was quite clean, room we had reserve was clean and the facilites such as ac and wifi work properly
At first we arrived at the hotel, there are 2 ripped towels in the bathroom so after that i asked for another good towels from the staff and they replaced it with two good ones, the shower curtains were stained needs to be cleaned properly, the tv were blurring in certain channels, the price is much more expensive in the app rather than book it directly at the hall, you will add Rp.100k-150k (6.4 USD) more if u booked it in the app.

Big bed and ketl in room
Cobwebs in the lamps, hairs on the floor, carpets and pillowcases full of stains, walls dirty, bathroom dirty, cockroaches in the room. Terrible. I do not recommend to anyone

No places to rent bikes in the area, the hotel offer to do it for you at 200k a day and a 2 hour wait.

Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Stored our luggage for 1 day while we went to Mount Ijen. Clean facilities. Hot water on midday showers after running for a while. Spacious and silent room.
We did not test the pool or food at the hotel.
A/C was a little tired or just not very powerful. Bed linen was clean, but could use a replacement soon due to many old stains. Location is not great, but a grab/gojek scooter is cheap.

it was hard for the taxi driver to find the location and on arrival it looked like it was isolated. once checked in a security guard started to film myself and female friend. slightly terrifying being two loan females. got to our room but left after one hour of checking in as felt uneasy.
