Customer beware. This hotel double books their rooms to guarantee their sales and tries to provide other rooms to customer saying it’s an upgrade. I booked a suite room at this hotel 2 weeks ago online. When I arrived at the hotel today, I was offered an upgrade - apparently to a bigger room - but I refused it after taking a look at the new room because it was uglier and did not have a private balcony as I wanted. So I came back down to the lobby to ask for the room I initially booked for, but guess what the room wasn’t available from the beginning because someone else has taken it already. The hotel repeatedly asked me if I could stay in the room they’re offering just for tonight following me outside and stuff but I was so annoyed I couldn’t bear to listen to it. Now it’s almost 7pm I’m looking for a new hotel for myself for tonight. This has totally ruined the first day of my business trip as well as my meetings scheduled for tonight. Probably the worst hotel experience in my 40 years of life.

The room design was bad as you would need to pass through the door to grab the towel. The gym was off early at night. Tissue was not refilled. The room was clean and at good location. Breakfast was ok.

Clean and spacious room (suite). Well maintained facilities and the staff are professional and helpful. Quite near to eateries and shops.

Everthing was good!. But it was very noisy from construction in the morning(8am)

It was not luxurious, but it was very nice. It was clean, had all the needed conveniences, and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that there was not a comfortable armchair or other place to sit in the room. The desk had s padded stool for sitting (no back) and the other chair was similar to a conference room chair or doctor waiting room chair. Padded thinly and wooden arms. So, no place to sit comfortably and read or watch tv.

It was a really wonderful night to stay at this hotel. Very kind staffs, I really will remember their kindness and helpouts. Very modern, kind staffs, and comfortable. It is located near Lotte tower in Hanoi.

6박동안 침구 커버 교체 없음. Did not change linen for Six nights. 매일 아침 6시부터 드릴(?) 타공 공사 소리 심하게 남. Very noisy from Six AM with drilling noise. 오전 시간에 하우스 키핑이 매우 시끄럽게 함. House keeping workers were very noisy and loudly speaking.

The linen is very clean. Staff is very friendly and polite. Unlike many other hotels in Hanoi, this hotel provides breakfast free.

The hotel is so new and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is good, next to 24hrs convenient store. I will definitely come back to this hotel, highly recommended!

Overall, hotel was great for the price we paid. Not very close to the city center, and because traffic is terrible, we had to budget at least 45min for rides to the city center for activities, tours, etc (most tours only offer pick up from hotels in the old city area). The breakfast buffet was not as good as one might expect from a 4 star hotel. Hotel offers 20% off of spa and massage services; however, they pressured us into giving between 50~100% tip, telling us that the masseuse does not receive wages. The responsibility to take care of the masseuse's payment should not be on us, but on the hotel. I would rather pay more for the massage knowing that the masseuse was being paid a proper wage, rather than being forced into paying a 250,000vnd tip for a 250,000vnd massage. This left us with a bad impression.

Every service from the reception, lounge, restaurant, room was so perfect. The room was so modern, flawless, comfortable. For overall it should be a five star hotel!

Hotel stay was excellent and comes with complimentary suana and jazzcui. Hotel is +beside japanese embassy. Lotte mall is just 5mins across the road.

Had a premier room which is spacious and comfortable (except for the traffic noise). They even have an air purifier inside the room which helped a lot to relieve my allergies! How thoughtful of you! The buffet breakfast has a good variety and there are new dishes everyday. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy :) will definitely come back and stay again.

It was a pleasant stay. Room is clean. The hotel is close to Lotte Center.

hotel said due to a/c issues no rooms. moves us to another hotel. which was at best average

Hotel is fairly new and as expected, amenities and rooms are clean. Service is great too with staff always attentive and greeting you/holding doors open etc. Spa is reasonably priced too, and especially worth it during the happy hour. Breakfast was a touch disappointing as although variety was there, the quality wasn't the greatest. I'd rather they have a room rate without breakfast, so that we can head out to eat the fantastic street food nearby. Would return given the newness, the location, service and price point. Thank you.
