A fantastic property with an incredible staff! I booked this hotel for my parents who were going from the US to Hyderabad for almost 3 weeks. I wanted to ensure I found a property that was centrally located but also felt comfortable for an extended amount of time. After lots of research, I landed upon this Hyatt Place. What was supposed to be just a centrally located hotel ended up feeling like home. My parents could not stop raving about how incredible the experience was at this hotel. It’s in a great location, easy to get transportation and plenty to do around the hotel. Even better was everything at the property. Everything from the room to the people were simply amazing. Every single person on staff (waiters, doormen, front desk, housekeeping, etc) made my parents feel so special. Everyone was so kind, considerate and helpful so thank you to every single person on staff. Also, a very big thank you to the incredible management team, Animesh and Xenia who went above and beyond to make sure my parents were taken care of every day and accomodated my requests prior to their arrival. Cannot say enough great things about this place. If you’re looking for a great place in Hyderabad, look no further and book this Hyatt Place.

Clean tidy with superb helpful staff

Several of my personal items were stolen...my video camera charger, my sun glasses, my bangles, my shirts were all missing...reported it to the management and they said that their CCTV footage did not show any misconduct...SINCE WHEN DO THEY HAVE CCTV COVERAGE IN THE ROOMS TO SEE WHAT THE CLEANERS ARE DOING?

very easy -functional property with no frills whether you are there for business or visiting - trained , courteous and efficient staff . Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Couple of improvements - ( 1 )since dining is in the open lobby/atrium the sounds of clinking cutlery in the entire column could be a bother ( 2 ) housekeeping could be quicker in turnaround timing Having said that - it is a place you should stay - strongly recommended !

Everything was a 5 star, only issue the guest had was that the food was very spicy and could not enjoy the food -limits the options.

We are a small family of 3 stayed here for one night. Check in was smooth, check out smooth n easy. Toilet can be better or rather convenient if there are elders staying in the room as shower tub is too deep and its challenging for aged people to use toilet esp for shower. Overall stay was good

Excellent place to stay for Leisure of Business. Good sized rooms and free wifi good enough for Zooming.

The biggest problem with the room is that the beds and the carpet are always damp. The carpet is sticky to walk on. I believe it’s due to poor exhaust system in the bathroom. Without proper exhaust, all the moisture from the showers gets trapped inside the room and absorbed by the beds and the carpet. When we reported the problem, they put a floor fan in the room and that did help keep the place dry. However, that fan was very loud and annoying. Also, the room service would turn off the fan some days and we find everything damp again when we return to the room in the night. I think there’s a serious flaw in the architecture/design of the property. The driveways of the property are so tight that it was painful to get in and out of the hotel everyday. Food is great, and the staff was courteous.

A convenient business hotel with all the amenities needed for a short stay. Well designed rooms, good food, gym, and helpful staff. Reasonable prices.

1) Every single day, after the room service, there were no towels in the room. We had to call and ask for towels. Even then, they did not bring the overall set of towels required. 2) In the top level restaurant, one of the dishes was having foul smell. When brought this to the notice of chef, the chef did not think there was something wrong with the food.

Very courteous staff in the lobby and the lobby restaurant. Roof top restaurant has great potential but not so great food choices, lot's of potential for improvement there.

We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly; the rooms clean and the location accessible. Will definitely stay here again!

the property is excellent staff needs little training as their understanding of foreign guest is very difficult and food order is almost zero one small order takes more than an hour until you loose appetite, swimming time is limited

Everything about this hotel was fantastic - secure, good location, new modern building, polite and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and bedding, fantastic food, especially for the breakfast, gym, pool it had everything! Would highly recommend.
