Hotel is very clean, breakfast choice was very good, really good location especially if visiting for exploring the area. so close to plenty of food choices aswell. Staff were really polite. Would stay here again

Walls in room has coffee stains, we checked in late and need rest right away so didn’t border to change room. Hot tub didn’t work properly, we got freezing cold and let the front desk lady know, she just gave us a look and didn’t say a word.

We would not stay here again. The front desk clerk, Declan, was so unbelievably rude to us and our friends who also stayed at the hotel. Our rooms both had a gross smell, the floors were sticky, and there was toothpaste or lotion across the mirror. The hot tub was luke warm. Also, the breakfast opens at 7 every day, even though it lists that it opens early on weekends. This was a main reason that we stayed there since we needed to be out of the hotel by 7 am every day. So disappointing. There are many other hotel options very close by, we will be choosing one of them next time.

It looks nice on the outside and is located in a good area. The front workers had their kids in the back room so it was hard to get find someone to check us in. We booked the queen suite and were disappointed to find that the couch was broken so we were unable to pull out and use that bed. The shower drain in our room was also broken. We called the front desk about the couch and drain. They said no maintenance was available and there was nothing they could do. We were able to use a fork from the breakfast area to keep the drain open. There are other hotels in this area that we will choose instead of this hotel on our next trip.

Some cleanliness issues here and there like stains on a chair or dust, but the key things (bed, shower, toilet) were very clean.
The location is great. The area is very nice, well maintained, and felt safe. Right next to main highway, and 15-20 minutes from some of the best stuff to do.
Staff were excellent, kind, and helpful.

From Check In to Check Out everything went super smooth. The rooms were clean tidy and visually pleasing to the eye. The only thing I was not a fan of was the lay down chair taking up most of the spare space in the room.

This used to be a Drurey Inn so it still is in Ok shape. We were one the first floor and it was noisy. Alot of work crews staying here. They weren't any problem and very polite.

Over all a good stay.. things to note: no towel bars, broken ovens so breakfast was diminished.
We unfortunately had cables cut and our 2 E bikes stolen off the bike carrier. Hotel had no cameras with recordings on the parking lot. Hotel assumes no responsibility for theft in parking lots, understandable, but cameras would be helpful for the police.

Just a note to say that the “suites” are not as advertised on Expedia. It is one room with two queen beds and a pull out sofa crammed in the room. Additionally, the pull out sofa mattress was very dirty with various stains on it. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay while passing through Colorado Springs. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was really good.

Our family liked everything about this property! We are family of six and the one bedroom suite was a hit for our family. Not to mention the kids loved that their are 3 TV's in the suite. The staff was amazing and very helpful!
