The hotel appears to be undergoing a substantial renovation. Under the bed had not been vaccumed and the hair dryer didn't work. Location was convenient and quiet, though there appeared to be a homeless encampment in the woods across the street.

Wouldn't recommend this property at this time. Place was in disrepair in many parts. Couldn't get hand soap, or wash cloths from housekeeping. The ice machine for guest use was broken, therefore no ice.... Lastly, no comp breakfast and for that matter not even a morning cup of coffee...

Every worker we interacted with was incredibly polite and tried to be as helpful as possible. The facility is undergoing some renovations, which is not shared on the website. Currently it’s a dump. Carpets are dirty. Bathrooms are moldy. Halls are dark and gloomy. They had no soap! They were out. They did give us two shampoos though. I believe the sheets were clean and that’s the best I can say for the room.

Disappointing. Terrible towels, both in size and condition. Breakfast was not available due to remodeling. Carpets dark, dingy, old. Stove top on sink counter was nice, but nothing in the cupboards to use for any food prep. No plates or utensils so stove top was useless. Poor insulation. It sounded like the people above our room were using pogo sticks between 9pm and 2 am. The best part was the walk-in shower which was clean and appreciated.

Booked this during hurricane Helene when we didn’t have power. After days with No power we arrived to find out that this hotel also did NOT have power. Which I realize was not their fault but it should have been disclosed when booking. I could have sat at home in the dark for free why would I pay to do that?!

I wish I could review the hotel; we never got to stay there. Despite my calling earlier in the day to say we would need a late check in ("no problem"), I received a call at MIDNIGHT saying they no longer had a room for us. They overbooked. But never fear they had moved us to another hotel w/in 5 miles. You can imagine how unhappy I was as my wife was on her way to the hotel, already exhausted. Still 2 nights w/ 2 beds? Yes, they said. Is the place any good? Definitely, they said. My wife gets to the new location and they know nothing about this whole transfer. They also do not have 2 bed rooms, completing screwing up our family plans for the weekend. And the hotel was not the worst I've stayed in, but not far from it. My wife and daughter felt nervous the entire time. I had to be the one to bring up some sort of compensation for this mistreatment and 10% off is all they did. Handled terribly all around, so this company gets zero stars from me.

Upon check in I was informed regarding the incidentals deposit 150$ there was an accident with vomiting in the room I was told it would need to be cleaned before check out, so I returned and cleaned up the vomiting still to be charged an additional 150$ on top of the security deposit plus my stay! I have pictures and will be disputing charges with my bank because they aren’t willing to fix a mistake they made for charging my card without my consent

The bed linens were stained and did not seem freshly washed. The room looked to have been empty for awhile and not freshened up before my stay. Unfortunately a storm came through the area and was without power most of my stay. The room itself is spacious with a small kitchen, nice bathroom and table and chairs. It is close to a lot shopping, dining and exploring of Greenville. Easy access to interstate. Not a bad budget friendly stay but could be better.

The power was out and we could not stay there. Please refund. No one called or contacted me to let me know. We didn't find out until we got there.

The room was nice, but the first room hey gave us, the door didn't latch. Then they moved us to a room with a minifridge instead of a fridge+freezer. They also charged me a $150 fee that wasn't listen online, in addition to the payment for the room. The front desk guy said it would be refunded after our stay but it hasn't yet. Overall it was a nice hotel for the price and I would book there again, provided they refund the fee.

Overall it was more than fine stay for a night. The facilities were decent and the rooms were nice and comfortable.
I am still waiting for my deposit of $150 to be refunded which has been over a week now and when I tried to phone the hotel to enquire, I found the phone number to have been disconnected.
If there is an alternative number or email for me to contact then this would be adequate otherwise I will have to go through the bank which will just be not worth the hassle of a one night stay.

I was shocked to find the hotel charged my card an extra $150 to check in, refunded (supposedly) at checkout. Not a hold - an actual charge. Hotel had an unsafe feel already, this did not help. Breakfast area under construction. The halls and stairwells are not clean, entrance door was propped open after 9pm and my room was tired looking and smelled like cat. The bed was clean and shower clean but I did not feel the same about the toilet. The kitchen did not come with any amenities like dishes, pots or silverware. There was no signage on how to get it. Thanks to the gal in the am who got me hot water - it was appreciated.

Guy tried to collect pet deposit after accepting reservation containing the pet notice and running my card for over 300.00. we will not return. sketchy. They dont have it together over there.

I requested a room with a bath tub, but after I checked in, I was told they didn’t have any room with a tub. They charged me a deposit of $150 at check in, which I wasn’t told before. No grill area or anything that I could rest out side. No breakfast and they don’t provide shampoo or rinse. Overall they are trying to be cheap. Not a good experience.

The first floor was being remodeled so it looked pretty rough. The breakfast room was closed so we didn’t get the breakfast we were expecting from the description of the hotel, and no discount even though we had the expense and inconvenience of buying breakfast on our own. There was a nice large grassy area to walk/potty our 2 dogs, which was nice. The room was comfortable and clean and fortunately no noise from the construction downstairs. I would stay there again once the remodeling is done.

Once we arrived, we're told as we can see the breakfast, gym and another area is under construction with more to come for the rooms.
Our room was a suite nice and homey with a 2 burner stove, fridge, sink, microwave, table & 2 chair. So perfect for an extended stay with children. The bathroom was remolded and clean.
My only suggestion would be for housekeeping to turn on the air condition before we get into the room. At the end of the day, the price was right (Thurs-Sat) and our beds were clean and comfy.
