The stay was ok except that we only knew if the swimming pool not available during our stay only when we got into the room and saw the note. Spoke to the front desk for supervisor but didn’t come back to us. It was a holiday so we could have gone to another hotel with a swimming pool.

Very roomy and clean

Overall is good but you need to pay for parking, a flat rate of RM12 above 6 hours. Do not expect this with the price of the room. If not wrong, even housekeeping needs to charge. Their concept is like AirAsia if you know what I mean.

Friendly and professional staffs at check-in. In thr room, little repaeting noise came out from AC. Long hair spotted inside of folded towel. Other than that everything was perfect.

Apartment like of room

it is very good . Variety of the breakfast is not so special but I did not have a dissatisfaction. Balance between price and the quality is goodd.

the room really wasn’t very clean at all, especially the toilet, really not clean. i scan their QR code to ask for extra soap bar and box of tissue, i waited for two days, i never received them, at end of two days, i had to go downstairs to reception to ask for them, plus on that day, i am using the last roll of toilet paper. they did not replenish with extra roll after room service. really not happy with the hotel. the staff at reception was very nice though. and the hotel is situated in a very convenient area , about the only good thing about the hotel.

Room was big and nice but the parking was really lousy. You go up a different lift to another part of the building and if its raining you get wet. And parking isnt covered even this kind of hotel price.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The refrigerator and kitchenette made it possible to prepare simple meals, and the water server was very helpful. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Montokyala area for the first time.

we had a technical issue on the first night and resolved quite fast. well done and thank you for the staffs who assisted us that night. overall we had a pleasant stay.

This is my worst and scariest hotel stay. I went alone to check-in to a twin bed studio. The front desk staff, Mr Conrad was neither friendly nor courteous and made several crucial mistakes. 1. Other guest (Mr Tan) were wrongly checked-in under my name earlier and then I was wrongly checked-in under other guest’s name, Mr Tan. How could that happened when i provided them both my NRIC and Expedia booking number 2. Wrongly assigned me to a room which is already occupied. I entered the room using the keycard provided and resulted in me being angrily shouted by an Indian man occupying the room with a lady that time. I was in great shock and my heart was palpitating all the way. Btw, this is a 1 bedroom suite, and not studio that i booked. 3. Next, he assigned me to a wrong room again, a 2-bedrooms suite. So got to be reassigned to another room 4. For the 3rd room, it was a king-sized bed studio instead of twin bed suite that I booked. Anyway, I accepted the room. 5. There was no other guest checking-in that time, but with all these mistakes, it took 45min for me to get a room and another 15min to get the 2nd room key for my roommate 6. And that night, my roommate couldn’t enter using the 2nd key when I was not around. So inconvenient. In conclusion, the hotel & room conditions are good and clean. But the staff’s services were really inefficient and it had not only caused inconvenient but also compromised the guest’s data & physical security as well as privacy.

Nice residential area next to malls and many options for food and entertainment. However, was always had to wait a little more than usual for a Grab ride.. or ask hotel staff to dial a cab for me. Room itself is spacious and comfortable
