was given a handicap room, which is fine, when taking a shower water was all over the floor of the bathroom creating a tripping hazard. Individual did look at the condition and provided towels for cleanup. Bathroom door did not work, appeared one roller was not connected to the door. the room darkening blind did not work was in the down position.

The convenience to the falls, everywhere ,was good..the area was beautiful ..but there is a lot of improvement and modern style needs to be done to this hotel coffee choice was limited …To be honest it’s the worst hotel l have stayed …very disappointed..

The evening concierge took payment from me even though my booking was prepaid through Hotels.com. The staff wouldn’t give me a receipt for these charges and was supposed to have a manager call me the day I checked out and no one ever did. I’m tracking to see what happens here; if I get double charged, but the policies in place at the facility make no sense. Both team members I spoke with there said they are not authorized to give me a receipt for a bill that I am paying! So crazy.

Hotel didn’t clean the room on the second day, saying we didn’t ask for the r clean service. Ridiculous!! We extended the stay for another day, and hotel refused to clean again, even the cleaning crew is still at work, saying we missed the window in morning asking for the clean service.

Very nice hotel in convenient location. Had a well equipped gym that was accessible 24 /7. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very responsive to requests. This property is located near a lot of dining options and stores. It's very close to the airport and they have a shuttle that is very responsive to picking up and dropping off guests. Just ask the front desk to arrange transportation.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and updated. The only drawback was the forest clearing outside of my room, but there is not much they could do about that. I'll definitely be coming back
