We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's easy to reach from Ueno station. The check in was fast, with all the necessary information given. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3. It is nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen featuring a good sized fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting again.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Great amenities in the room - we especially loved having a kitchen. Excellent location near train stations, grocery store, Ueno Park, as well as Asakusa within walking distance. It's a great home base for a few days of exploring.

We are a family of five initially we were shocked how all five of us would sleep but we read reviews about Tokyo and knew what to expect. The people at the hotel were fantastic super nice and polite always helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone.

Great location, just a few mins walk to Ginza line station, 10 mins walk to Ueno station and park. Room is big and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. A very good experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mimaru Ueno Tokyo Inaricho. It was a beautiful property with a kitchen in the room and a self-laundry downstairs which made it excellent for semi-long to long stays. Excellent location with easy access to train and subway lines but in a quiet area so you could rest at night time. Definitely would recommend this location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mimaru. The room was large by Tokyo standards, nicely presented and comfortable. A little space off to the side was perfect for our kids to sleep in. It's close to Ueno Station, which is a major hub with a JR office and lots of dining and shopping options. It's also very close to Ueno park with museums and an excellent zoo. We would happily stay at Mimaru again.

It was away from central area but close enough to walk to eating, shopping and most important Ueno Station. We liked the mini kitchen. Staff spoke English and were friendly. We liked the big table with chairs so it was nice to sit and eat together.

Convenient location 5 min from inaricho station on the ginza line. Easy access to shibuya, ginza and omotesando. 1 stop away from JR ueno.
Room was spacious and comfortable.
There can be more frequent cleaning, eg once every 2-3 days (instead of 4 days).
Overall, I would stay in mimaru again when I visit Japan again :)

Extremely comfortable and well stoked for what become our routine of Conbini breakfast, during our stay in Japan. Our Japanese Apartment had a very nice kitchen counter with dish-ware and utensils and a comfortable low dining table with soft seating. The spaces are very well laid out and while the apartment is ultimately one large communicating room, the re-entrant corners and well placed screen created privacy between my wife and I and mom. Definitely recommend.

Good location near the ueno and inaricho station. The 24hrs super market nearby within 2 mins walk and the staff are friendly and helpful. The stay was great and the room is very clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable. Overall great apartment, we love to stay here again when next time we come to Tokyo.

The room is tidy but it is not big enough for 4 Adults. It may only enough for family with kids. There is 24hr open super market which is around 3 min walk. 10 min walk to JR station

Family trip (2 adult and 1 child) on Jan 2020, stay for 3 days, staffs were helpful, room is clean , nut found water leakage in the toilet when flushing, not much, still acceptable, my friends also stay in another room for 7 nights, their room also have the same problem, seems it is common problem, must fix it for improvement

We stayed at Mimaru for 8 days in December 2019 and really enjoyed our entire stay. The staff are all very friendly and speak very good English. The hotel apartment is clean and quiet. It’s also very handy to have a laundry facility at the hotel. The location is also very good and close to different train lines. Great apartment hotel overall and we’d love to stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.

For Tokyo, the room was a bit more spacious. The table for four with small kitchen helped for early morning snacks and the laundry facilities was very useful. This small low brow hotel is also located on a small quiet street yet only several minutes walk from food and sights.
