I cannot put into words how incredible this hotel is. The level experience is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you to Maria Fafa in the VIP lounge for waiting on us hand and foot !!!! Everything about kidsdom is exceptional. We were worried after reading some negative reviews but I am blown away by the level of service. The hotel is beautiful. fantastic hokkaido dinner, A special mr ton has to be to our exceptional concierge Alam. What a wonderful polite well mannered young man he is ! He is a gentleman and has made our holiday beautiful !!

Is a perfect place to relax and eat a great food at Hokkaido plus the service was excellent l will definitely give a 5 star.

great hotel amazing yhi spa all day at the sauna.

From check in until check out the service was wonderful. Thank you to Piere who made my wifes birthday and enjoyable. Also thanks to Laiz who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities the hotel offered.

My experience in this hotel has been one of the worst. Today when I counted my money I realized that they had taken $100 from my wallet in my hotel room and when I reported it, they told me that they were going to do an investigation, but with the spirit and attention they provided, it was as if nothing was going to happen and they didn't make it very clear to me but they insinuated that it was my fault for not having put it in the safe. I wonder what kind of people are those who work in this hotel that there is no security in the room.

The food was excellent in the restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The concierge we had was very friendly and gave us all the help we needed and was very sympathetic to the group. The hotel staff was very nice to us like the bartenders who always left us with a smile. The yhi spa, the sauna was perfect and the pool was freezing as well, so I enjoyed the spa.

Yhi spa is a truly unique experience. we had massages every day, very clean and comfortable place. excellent attention from the staff.

We spent some lovely days! We left our children in the kidsdom, the girls were very careful and affectionate with my children. In the afternoons they spent time in the gameroom where they have games and a staff that assists them. A very large hotel with beautiful gardens. We will be back soon.

Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit

The lovely team at the pool bar made our stay incredibly fun.

The room and common areas are very clean. Quality linens. The showers are large with strong water presure. The food and the drinks are very good. Pleasant and professional staff.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this Melia resort. The staff was very nice and helpful with every part of our stay.The conciege was extremely helpful and available for all of our needs while at the resort. He even helped us with our restaurant reservations. We can’t wait to visit again in the future. I would also definitely recommend this resort for those traveling with children.

All around great expirience. Everything from the food to the hotel amenities and rooms were great. The room was always fully stocked and cleaned daily. The hacienda resturant and buffet were top notch and very good. All staff was friendly and helpful.

The whole stay was very good. The hotel and country are beautiful, the buffets were delicious, the evening entertainment kept us busy, and The hotel had a very simple layout that was easy to remember.. The staff were very kind and friendly, our concierge was great with handling all of our questions and made us feel very welcome.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at melia caribe and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service that set the tone for my entire stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident, from the bedding to the well-stocked minibar. we definetily coming back soon!

Perfect vacation resort, rooms looks exactly how it looks just better in person. Staff members was so lovely and amazing from when you arrive to check in and check out. You will have the best experience. Oh and food was amazing buffets everywhere you go is A1. Try the mamajuana liquor as well while you go to the bars.

One of the best hotels. But something that must be emphasized is its activities are the best and with a staff that has the best attitudes and energy among them Samantha, Elena and Abi. we loved the mojito bargaritas. our concierge laiz, very attentive and proactive.

I have stayed at the Melia Caribe many times over the past decade. While the beach and hotel property are absolutely gorgeous, it is the people who make the Melia Caribe a place I continually return to. Our concierge truly went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly helpful in helping us get reservations and making our stay perfect! Finally, the pool bar team (specifically Juan and Ronar) makes the best drinks and provides such lively service. I cannot wait to return again!

We went on vacation to this all inclusive resort in August. While I read the bad mixed reviews, I wanted to decide for myself and took a chance booking for 5 nights for my family of 3(me, my husband and 7 yr old daughter). Well to my disappointment the “bad reviews” were all true. From our arrival to the property it felt like eternity waiting for the golf cart to transport us with luggage to our rooms. Upon arriving to our room, it was obvious it was dirty, lights and lamp switches were not working, the bed frames were falling apart. This property is definitely outdated! To get to one place to another you will need to transport in a train, and most times you eill be waiting 20 minutes and end up walking. It’s a lot of walking since the property is so big. You will be tired from all the walking. We did not like the system they had. I’ve overheard people complaining about this numerous times. The food was so disgusting that I starved. We had stomach pains everyday. Where do they get this food from?! Stay away from the Italian restaurant, the food there is the worst, you will be sick for days!! The staff has an english language barrier for the most part. The reservations staff in these restaurants are rude, no etiquette or customer service skills at all! WHO trains these people? People who spend thousands in your country don’t go there to be treated like trash! I will never recommend this resort to anyone! I couldn’t wait to get home. Spend your money somewhere else!!
