Great employees, had fun at the bar! Room was clean and we loved the outdoor pool

I have stayed here many times and it’s always been great. This stay was not great. Room smelled moldy especially with the air on. Bathroom door was really dirty upon arrival.

Arrived after check in and originally gave us two rooms that weren’t what we paid for. Staff fixed it fairly quickly but only after having to have someone physically check room to see what they had available. When we got into our rooms we weren’t able to lock the bathroom door in either room. 1 room had the tv not working and when they finally fixed it we still had no sound. Our room had no towels or toiletries but the other one did. However our iron was working while the rooms did not. Staff was very friendly and did their best. Free breakfast was really good. Considering how busy they were because of numerous events that weekend they actually did a great job catering to us. Some things definitely need attention though

I asked if there was an ATM and the desk clerk said, “Let me show you,” because it was in the lobby of the adjoining hotel. That kind of service is rare.

Very bad experience

We had a great stay. The hotel was located near an event we attended. Was not difficult to find. Rooms were very spacious, we felt very comfortable. The big refrigerator in the room was perfect for all our snacks and water bottles. Parking was a little limited, there were a lot of visitors the weekend we stayed. Breakfast was provided but not as good as I was expecting compared to other hotels I've stayed, so we ended up buying out. Overall would stay here again.

Our bathroom door handle was broken, we brought it to their attention and never got fixed. We asked to have our room cleaned upon checking in and never got cleaned.

Property always very comfortable and accommodating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms were nice. Only thing was our bathroom smelled like septic occasionally, but overall stay was great.

Poor customer service... they didn't clean our room as needed. We asked for new bed sheets on last day and they never brought them. Sanitary supplies we depleted on our first night

I loved this hotel, it was clean, the breakfast was great and everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind. I wish someone would have told me that there was a charge for parking.

The room itself was a great space and I loved the wet bar and dishes available. The sofa with pull-out bed on the other hand, was dingy and gross looking. Cushions didn't even fit on there. I could not let my little boy sleep on there :( which means he had to share with us. Staff wasn't the friendliest but they were ok. The location was alright. Honestly, the pool and hot tub was the best thing at this location.

The staff here were outstanding!! The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The area is safe and beautiful and convenient access to shopping and sightseeing in LA.

Everything about this place is amazing. simple the best service, comfortable spacious rooms. Excellent service by staff..good breakfast, beautiful pool side and much more. I would highly recommend for families/couples or friends..

The bathroom door has a broken handle and missing Lock. We called for Service which they were prompt To respond to. However couldn’t fix it overnight. We had to manage It as is. Considering it was Marriott we were expecting they would do the right thing and adjust in another room but they refused to do it for us. Disappointed with the stay overall.

highly recommended. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. My only comments, I just noticed that the information staff at the reception are not welcoming enough to welcome hotel guests. They should smile and greet so that the guests can feel the good ambiance of the hotel because they are the face of the hotel.

The room smelled cigarettes. You have to ask for toiletries. Prefer they come with the room. Cannot comment on breakfast. Left before time. Clean otherwise.

Everything is really nice. Only thing is that they charge for parking, 18$ a night.

My check in was at 4pm! I arrived at 3:55 and my room was not ready until 4:35, it was so inconvenient when my check in time was at 4 and we had an event we had to end up rushing for! Room was not the cleanest either.

Stayed for a week, therefore we received extended stay services which was room cleaning and clean towels every other day. Breakfast was not as good as other hotels.

Room was clean and spacious enough for 6 people if we did not have too much luggage. The bathroom lock was terrible. Free breakfast was nice. Not enough cookware in the kitchen. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. They could have offered free parking or cheaper. $18 for the location is pricey.

Horrible. Foreboding when we arrived since our room wasn’t even ready until 30-40 mins after checkin time of 4pm. We were tired and exhausted. Staff were also rude every time we would ask questions/interact with them, as if they were too good for their jobs. Sheer unprofessionalism. I even got an eyeroll from someone at the front desk! An eyeroll, when I simply forgot my keycard and respectfully asked for them to open keycard-access hallway doors! The nerve! Housekeeping also never came during our ENTIRE 9-day stay, despite reminders from me calling the front desk that we’ll be gone at a certain time! We even, for some odd reason, received an inquiry regarding “management checking our showerhead” which was very last minute, and I was told it will be done “later”, and we haven’t even left the room for the day yet! It was upsetting to have disorganized schedules and absolutely piss-poor communication. Another guest services employee also never came back like they said they would when we asked for housekeeping followup. In addition, there was one night where someone was partying loudly late at night, keeping us all up, and no one tried to stop the commotion! Other guests were loud and inconsiderate, slamming doors and yelling across hallways, and we were too sleepy to call the front desk, but it is actually appalling that there was no courtesy and respect for hotel rules, unless management was letting them flout the rules for some godforsaken reason! Never staying here again.
