It was disappointing that my room was directly above the reception area that was under construction. Constant banging and drilling could be heard all during the day even though it was a weekend. I also asked the front desk for a hair dryer & also via text and they said one would be sent to my room but it never was. The room was very clean which was the only good factor.

The room I stayed at was just renovated and I was missing numerous of things and still got charged FULL price for a room that was not fully furnished. There was nothing on the website that stated that there was renovation going on. One of the elevators was down. The parking was horrendous. One side of the street was shut down. One day the street was completely close. I stayed once before and it was pleasant. That’s the only reason why I stayed again. I should have only been charged half the PRICE 😡

Great place to stay before or after a cruise. Room was very small but it wasn't an issue other than our luggage barely fit in there. Walking distance to the beach and shopping is wonderful. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Restaurant in the hotel has really good pizza and staff there is top notch.

Great location for everything we wanted and needed - few steps to the north Miami beach, few steps to the free trolli station towards city center and buses to Miami downtown, free trolli station from the city center of Miami beach is located right in front of the hotel. Rent bike station located next to the hotel. Great pizzeria in the hotel - we tried it! 24/7 CVS store on the corner of the hotel. Nice bakery shop also nearby. Good breakfast and coffee, tea, water all day/night. Very kind staff at the reception. We strongly recommend this hotel for exploring Miami beach.

We stayed for a girls trip it was conveniently located near the beach but also has a CVS connected so even more convenient. Not far from food and shops. The staff was overall nice Laela at the front desk was awesome and so helpful throught our stay!

I have never expected this clean and beautiful looking hotel for from anywhere at the beaches and I am so happy and thankful to choose this hotel. The restaurant downstairs is amazing, the food is great, breakfast is very nice as a complementary, stuff are very professional and kind, rooms are amazing, new decor and clean! I will come back again!

This was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Our room was supposed to have a view of the water it definitely didn’t have that. We looked at the wall of another building. The parking was horrible and the ramp you parked in was insane plus all the roads around the hotel were closed. The staff was really nice and friendly though and teeny room was clean.

Stayed here for one night after a 7 day cruise and had no issues. Only thing is I wished They offered early check in because we had to sit around doing nothing until we decided to book a Miami tour until check in. Otherwise, beautiful property with no issues.

We chose this room for a family stay as the rooms were larger than those in south beach and we were very happy with the choice
2 minutes walk to the beach, free trolley service to south beach and cheap Uber options.
Room was decent and breakfast was fairly standard but extra points for a long service time and having a CVS next door for those snacks !

I love our stay in the Hampton Inn, all staff were friendly and the service was outstanding. It is located in the center of everything and just in front of the beach, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this place.

The property was not bad. It was only my husband and I traveling so we didn’t mind much of the cleanliness. It appears that they’re undergoing repairs but seems a little run down. I didn’t like the fact that there was no washer/dryer specifically with wet clothes from beach. Our shower handle was broken again not a big deal but looks bad. There was also no dresser so a bit hard to keep clothes organized. For a couple who basically just bathed and slept there, it was not bad. Walking distance to beach/boardwalk, trolley and bus stops.

The proximity to Mid Beach was great, an easy one block walk. Only a very small corner of the hotel has a possibility of ocean view. One drawback was how tiny the room was. Great shower, which is very necessary after a day at the beach! We really enjoyed the pizza restaurant downstairs, and having a CVS in the same building was VERY convenient.
