Loved the staff, the location, the hotel. Very clean. However your site is not accurate. I booked a double room king bed. Also booked because of the bar/lounge you advertised. None of these things exist. Please update your listings. I paid extra for a two room/King bed as you advertised. This hotel doesn't even have those. I chose this hotel because of the on-site bar/lounge. They do not have one and in fact never have.

We really enjoyed our stay. We prefer your hotel over the many other choices because your hotel is spotless. We feel very safe and your breakfast is very good. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. We will stay again.

This hotel was on a lower budget end of the price range and it was about what I expected for the price. The room was very basic. Microwave and coffee were only in the lobby area and there was only one available ice machine. I was informed of this at check-in and the listing on the app reflects this as well. There are maintenence issues, doors were hard to close and room door had light shining through cracks around it from the hall. This is an older facility and as such has thin walls and sound transmission has not been helped by renovations that took out carpets. Staff were friendly at check-in and out. A standard hot hotel breakfast was continuously being restocked by friendly workers during the busy breakfast time. The area of town felt very safe and the hotel sits in a wide open area in a modern section of town with multiple restaurant choices within 5-10 minute walk.

This was a redemption trip to see if things had improved from the last stay. I can honestly say it was ok however, there were a few things not up to par in the bathroom in room 306.
The shower head was moldy, and so was the cracks in the tile. The cleaning crew should have reported the condition. Also when main door closes, you have to physically push it together or it will still be open. That's a safety concern..

Excellent customer service. Breakfast was worth the stay just because of the automatic pancake maker and many options. The front desk employees were amazing. They even have a pool table in the lobby

I really love the decor with the bright colors and local themes. The lobby looks luke a great place to hang out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were actually tasty!

The staff was great. The rooms are very noisy from the wall mounted AC that turns on and off all night to hearing every sound your neighbors make. The wood bed frame sticks out to far making a knee hazard for sure.

When we finally arrived in our room at 11:30 pm our room was flooded. So we had to go back down to tell them . They put us in another room but that room the door jammed so you had to forcefully slam door . I advised the front desk and she said she would have someone come look at it the next day and that never happened . It’s a great location and the beds were comfortable but they also didn’t have extra blankets for the rooms. When I asked for extra blankets they only gave me these bed covers which did not help .

Room was nice just a little tight fitting, bed were comfortable. Breakfast could have been with a better selection. Staff was wonderful, pool wad nice. Everything was good up until the elevator was acting u and ended up getting stuck! That is a horrible experience.

The only complaint I have about this hotel was the breakfast buffet was pretty scarce. The pancake machine was broken and there were basic breakfast foods just lacking that are in most other hotel breakfasts. The room we stayed in smelled like it had been freshly painted and there was water damage on the ceiling. The hotel lobby was nice and smelled wonderful. The pool was also very nice.

I did not like the theme of Tru Hotels. Minimalist and very cold.

I had all of my papers to show that my dog was a support dog. I thought I had cleared up everything to have him in my room and that in the end, the $50.00 deposit would be reversed. It wasn’t reversed. I won’t stay there again

My experience was excellent, the pool was clean,the people was nice, i loved the barbeque pitwe got to cook on it and the place was clean. The dining place was walking distances. I recommend everyone here its peaceful also and quiet!
