Good property for the price

Rooms are very small. Common Washroom is very Dirty. Not Cleaning Properly. I used at 4 pm and it is very dirty.

Room was dirty , tv remote and tea/coffee making facility was missing. After entering the shower realized there was no soap/gel in the dispenser. Requested change of room which was accepted.

Good staff. Cleanliness and hygiene maintained in all corners of the property.

Excellent place to stay for someone who is driving into Pune for work or through Pune to another destination.

Worst experience at the hotel. I had booked two rooms at this hotel and the check-in time is at 3:00 pm. But as me and my friends were travelling i had informed the hotel that i would reach by 8 pm. But due to some reason we got late and reached at around 10 pm. When we reached the hotel our check-in process started at 10:15 pm. After few minutes and all the formalities i was told that my room is not yet ready and it will take another 10 mins. I don’t understand why should i wait as i had confirmed booking and i had no option of cancellation too. So how can the hotel be not ready with the rooms by 10:30 pm. After an entire day of travelling this is not at all acceptable and very much irresponsible behaviour from the hotel too.

Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Cleanliness is maintained throughout. Extra supplies were provided as requested. Food quality is good and is tasty!

Stayed overnight enroute, this property has all the essential ingredients....super quick check in, clean room, comfortable bed & on top of that yummy breakfast.

It was very clean, check in was very smooth. I think the highlight was the breakfast. Amazing menu, taste and quantity.

Good location, quality breakfast, pleasing staff. Very clean room. Only issue is size of room very small. Not a chair and table also in 2 bed room due to congested room. Else every thing nice.

Central location, 5* service with a smile, super clean rooms and facilities, compact yet efficient and functional, full breakfast.. extremely value for money..

The staff in each and every department of the hotel were excellent. They always went out of their way to provide the best service possible. Food and beverage choices were a bit restricted

Small rooms but a good, neat and clean place to stay.. staff is very helpful..

We were there only for one night. However the staff is very friendly the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Only thing missing is a sign at the entrance from the main road as the Hotel is little inside. Rooms are little small but clean with every thing working including AC, reading lights by the bed. Bathroom is exceptionally clean which is what pleased us the most. Wifi works in the room and lobby and news papers are provided in the lobby.

It is always a pleasure to stay in IHG. The staff on the reception & the floor are very courteous and helpful.
