Great location to ballpark. Staff was friendly, cooperative and accommodating. Room was nice, quiet and clean.

Great location in the city right by Oracle Field. Nicely maintained Hyatt, great service, spacious rooms, and wonderful breakfast buffet.

I love how close it is to Oracle Park.

We stay here quite often during baseball season and this visit missed the mark. We had a room with a sofa bed for my daughter. I pulled out the bed and there were black “things” all over the mattress pad. They appeared to be small black bugs. They did not look like they were alive (thank goodness) I called down and they did send someone to come take care of the bed within 5 mins but I was a little concerned. The TV would not change channels on the last day we were there. I turned the TV off and turned it back on but I just got a no signal LG box on the screen. The property does not seem to be a unkept as it has been in the past. While it is a convenient option, I am not sure it is somewhere we will continue staying.

Simon helped check us in and he was great! Really friendly and helpful, made the stay that much better! Parking is really tight in their garages, make sure you have a small car! Breakfast served was good!

The TV was offline on Tuesday evening.

The hotel was nice and our room was spacious and clean. They ran out of parking so we had to park in a parking garage across the street. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable with their own property. We asked for a local bar and they told us there were none around so we walked outside only to find out the hotel had a rooftop bar. When we got into the elevator, we noticed that we needed a special key to get to the rooftop. When I asked the front desk to let us up, they said I needed to go back outside and ask the bouncer to let us up to the rooftop even though, the elevator being used was the same one being used by the hotel. The rooftop bar was great and the bartenders were really nice.

No parking to speak of, only 10 spots?

I loved how close I was to Oracle, bars, and Chase center.

We were there for a giants game and it was so convenient to the ball park. The breakfast was delicious each morning.

This place is within a block of Oracle Park, which was perfect for me since I wanted to come see a Giants game. But there were also some great restaurants within walking distance. And very convenient access to public transportation too. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast they offer was delicious.

Great location and always lovely staff

Stay was fantastic. Shannon at the front desk made us feel very welcomed. Area is a great location close to all public transit to take you anywhere you want to go. Hotel was very clean and we had no issues what so ever.

Very nice hotel. Walls were paper thin and could hear the adjacent room whether they were screaming at each other or pulling the window shade chain. Good breakfast selection. Fantastic staff.

We do like that it’s very close to Oracle Park & that we are able to walk to it.

This was the perfect spot to stay and see the SF Giants play! Close to all transportation and everyone working was so nice! Will stay there again next time we are in town for a game!

Honestly, this was probably the best I've ever been treated at a hotel. Greeted with a smile and willingness to serve at every turn. I don't know what their process is for hiring but everybody from the front desk to the breakfast people were absolutely awesome! Awesome location for baseball games And to See San Francisco

Clean hotel, very convenient for attending Oracle Park or the Chase Center

We stayed at the property while attending a concert at Oracle Arena. Great location with easy access to the arena. Easy to access offsite parking. The staff were helpful, polite and professional. Our party enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

Close to ball park but parking was not good.

Stayed one night to see ELO at Chase Center. Very convenient location, We were able to check in early, which was nice. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean. Good hotel overall. Would stay again.

The hotel is very nice great modern amenities and comfortable bed. Bathroom is large. Only complaint is the noise. Even from the 10th floor, the city noise was obnoxious until about 1am. If you live in a city, you probably won't notice it.
