We were late arriving at the hotel to check in due to traffic into NOLA. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful deck attendant. When there was some issue with the water temperature in our first room, she quickly arranged to have us moved to a different room.

the pool, that was advertised, was closed, and as it seems, since a longer time because it was dirty as it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. The person at the reception wasn't interested in us - but in her mobile. She wasn't even friendly. After all a (nearly) dead cockroach directly besides the sink isn't a warm welcome at all :-(. For about $160 a night in a place somewhere in nowhere this isn't good value for money. Never again.

Hotel was updated and super clean. Nice amenities. Shampoo, body wash smelled excellent. Beds were so comfortable. Tea and coffee provided. Blonde lady at the front desk was on her phone and made us wait while she finished texting whomever. Then she yelled to another person asking if our room was ready yet. Not the most professional welcome. But the staff when we left the next morning were so friendly and top-notch. Will stay again.

This hotel was located very conveniently for us, close to NOLA International airport and west of the city for ease in driving I 10 to San Antonio.
The price was good, reviews were good. As one person stated Breakfast is a step above most other hotels. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable. Everything in the room worked well. We could hear people talking in the next room and in the hallway. There was no USB connection in the room but one of us had an outlet connection to charge phones.
We would stay here again, easy access and convenient.

We checked with the front desk for towel change. They said it is every other day. We stayed there for three days, and they did not change the towels. Breakfast is good. Clean and tidy. The location is excellent and safe.

This is a new facility. Staff was very friendly. Just off I 10. Not much near. The bathtub was very slippery. Great night's sleep.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly & location was convenient to I-10. The bed was comfy & our room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Our only negative observation was the cleanliness of the hallway. We stayed 2 nights & I don't believe it was ever vacuumed. The 2nd day there were 2 trash bags in corners that were there all day. Not a deal breaker, but not a good impression either. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel with a friendly & helpful staff. My only negative observation was that the hallway was in great need of vacuuming. We stayed 2 nights & one afternoon upon our return, there were trash bags in a couple of places & they stayed there until the next day. Overall, though it was a nice stay.

The staff was very nice. My room smelled like a dog but it was clean. The remote didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work. Otherwise it was fine for a one night stay. Rather pricey considering.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and presentable. Only thing that I didn’t like was the mattress. The cleaning crew should vacuum the mattress before placing clean sheets down. Besides that the establishment was great
