I love everything about the property, including the whole entire staff.

I didn’t like that the pool always dirty on each occasion my family and I visit 😒😔😔

I really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and cheerful when processing my three reservations. All three reservations were one bedroom suites, and they were nice. Each suite was comfortable and spacious. These suites are equipped with two televisions, full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. This suite is the best one bedroom suites I stayed in compared to several other hotels with one bedroom suites. The full breakfast was very tasty and filling. I like to commend Adrian, the person who checked us in, and the worker who provided the delicious breakfast.

The breakfast was not very good, which is sad because that played a factor when we were booking. We ended up having to go somewhere else for breakfast.

I had to ask for coffee and towels all the time. I did not know that they clean your room after the 5th stay. One time I called downstairs and they kept me on the phone for 30m

. I had to come down in person to talk to them. Breakfast was great. Other than that, a bit high for La Place.

staff is rude and not interested in guests. Our room had a lizard just walking around, we complained and they did nothing! they said every room usuals has lizards which is ridiculous if you ask me. After that we couldn’t sleep. One of the bed mattresses had blood on it!!!!

It is a new building. Kitchen and kitchen appliances were good. Bathroom - pretty clean Bed linen - no problem. Decent fitness center.

Clearness, clearness, clearness!!! Completely new building and so poorly taken care off. Very sad! Both elevators had sticky floors, hallways are never vacuumed. We stayed there for 5 nights and we could see same debris on the same spot for all that time. The floor in the room was dirty as well and was never taken care in all the time we stayed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great since we were visiting family in the area.
