Clean rooms nice people

The staff was helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable

There was black stuff floating in the hot tub, refrigerator was not cold and hot water was cold.

Breakfast was not good at all. I did not like the idea of not having someone assigned to that area to keep it clean, wiped down, or stocked.

I thought the hotel was pretty good considering the conditions in the part of Louisiana.

The price was outrageous. Price gouging at its finest.

My Fiance' and I enjoyed our stay and it was spur of the moment. The accommodations made were spot on. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. In addition, the Staff the was awesome. We made specific request for just a regular king size bed on the upper floor and was offered the suite for the same affordable price. The room was very nice, with modern design features and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning when ever we are passing through LaPlace.

Clean, comfortable rooms at an excellent price.

There was almost always no one at the front desk. People kept giving up waiting in line just to come back and try for someone later. Personally, I chose this hotel due to the inclusion of a hot breakfast bar as it would be a tremendous help to a family of four. The first morning of our stay, there was nothing but a few grab and go pastries, with a promise of food the next day. The next day there was hot food, but I’m assuming due to COVID the selection had changed from what was advertised online, which was disappointing, but I’m sure couldn’t be helped. Also, you have to call and schedule room cleaning and maintenance the day before you want it, of which no one told me in advance.

The fire alarm was making noise..

The rooms were very spacious, clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly, respectful, kind and courteous.

The ac was not working well on the 4th floor
