The hotel was absolutely lovely. We honestly didn't know what to expect from a hotel in Asuncion. We were there during a heat wave and the hotel was always comfortable and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The food at the hotel was really nice. Everything was clean and first rate. The staff at the front desk spoke English well. We had a very well-appointed room (we stayed in a beautiful King-bed room in the old wing) it was very comfortable and the view out the window was charming. My only disappointment was that the coffee and tea in the room weren't included in the price.

El hotel es uno de los mejores edificios en el centro sino el mejor. Su arquitectura histórica combinada con un diseño moderno hacen del hotel un destino en si mismo. El servicio estuvo muy bien. Lo único que no me gusto es la zona histórica donde queda el hotel. Aunque hay comercios y lugares de interés cerca la realidad es que el centro de la ciudad necesita inversión urgentemente especialmente en la infraestructura.

Top notch hotel five star hotel South American style in historic downtown Asunción. Can’t say enough good things about my stay. You know when you see the government putting up foreign dignitaries at the hotel you are staying, you have the right place.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant is excellent. The hotel is very well presented and appears popular with local business community, Only one complaint about the room. The noise from the atrium is funnelled up toward the rooms and actually sounds louder than when you are in the atrium itself. Although it was not a problem for me, the old downtown area is considered to be somewhat dangerous in the evening and there are police on almost every street corner during the day.

The fact that this is a historic building that has been converted into a hotel made it special.

This hotel is excellent, it looks brand new. It is very well designed and wonderfully decorated. The rooms are spacious and bright, with ceiling to floor glass windows that give you a nice view of the city and the river . The place is spotless clean and has a very classy vibe . The service is outstanding, taking care of every details. It located in the old part of the city that unfortunately is almost desolate at night but I did not feel unsafe at all, and the nightlife area is just 15 min away and just $ 5-7 In Uber . The offered me a late check out without any hassle. It would be great if the pool could get a little bit warmer . The restaurant on site is excellent, a lot of opciones , delicious food, good drinks, affordable price and very amicable service. No doubt, it is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed .

I visited over 10 hotels in Asuncion. And finally I found the best hotel in Asuncion. Place, room conditions, cleaning, kindness, everything was great except breakfast(It was included but I was not take breakfast so I don’t know about it) I also recommend this hotel to Paraguayan.

Absolutely perfect stay . Everything is great ( clean, good service, comfortable rooms , quite and friendly personal ) . May be the gym could be bigger but nevertheless , if there are not many people , it is great. For staying in this hotel you have to like downtown areas .

Classy central hotel. Excellent reception staff and nice facilities. They arranged an excellent local guide for me called Pedro - ask for him. Expected breakfast to be a little better though.
