Excellent stay with friendly staff. FYI to ownership - the bathroom gets stuck on the bathroom door so you can not open it completely. I'm sure it is an easy fix and enhance the stay. Definitely stay again

We had such a relaxing stay. The accommodations in the villas were beyond what I expected. The room was very spacious and beautiful. Everything was perfect. We are already planning our next stay.

While a good location for area wine tasting; and nice views of the mountains; the standard rooms were small and we had to walk to a separate welcome center to gather our convenience items like soap, shampoo, conditioner, water bottles. Staff and managers were helpful and nice; the check in staff were not (forgetting twice to send text letting us know our room was ready).

The staff was welcoming, which was nice. My main concern is the classification of a "Villa". The rooms are so small you can't take off your shoes because you will continuously stub your toe on furniture that is in the way, everywhere. The shower pressure would be comparable to a mother turtle gently squirting water droplets onto a baby turtle to wash it. My hair was matted the whole trip. If you can get by without a decent shower or any time in your room, this is a great spot.

Great overall very relaxing and quiet. Exactly what we needed. We will be back. One suggestion would be to open Breakfast earlier around 8 and maybe offer local specialty coffees.

Everything was amazing. From check in to dinner and the spa. Did I mention the spa. My massage therapist was awesome…… the food was off the charts making long with the service… highly recommend this place. 20 out of a a 10.

My husband and I went for a one night stay. It was ver clean and comfortable. The area was beautiful. We checked in on our phone before arriving but still went to the office to talk to them. They were in a small brown building next to the main house. They keep part of it open all night just in case you need extra shampoo or towels. We stayed in a villa room which was quiet and located in a small building away from the main house. Easy walk to the main house and restaurant. Restaurant was ok. Relaxing on the porch with wine made the food better. Fire pit was an added bonus.

The villa room was nice and comfy. Others in the villa were very noisy there isn't much insulation but we didnt let it ruin our visit. The staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful.

The Dahlonega Resort and Vineyard is beautiful. The room in the main building was perfect. Literally have no complaints. It was comfortable, quiet and had everything you could need. The grounds are great with a view of the mountains. I really can’t say much more on how wonderful this place is other than I wish all hotels were like this.

Absolutely gorgeous resort! Staff was amazing, so clean, rooms were adorable and the grounds were beautiful! Will definitely be making a trip back soon!

Booked this for our anniversary. Arrived at the property around 5:30pm. Couldn't find anyone to help us guide us to our room. Restaurant/Bar were closed so we ended up going into to town (10min drive) to find food and drinks. Was not able to enjoy any of the "resort" services.

We just had a short 1 night stay to get away for Christmas. The compound and facilities are very welcoming and the staff is phenomenal, friendly, thoughtful, caring and eager to make the stay great. The rooms are good and comfortable. The decorations were beautiful, very festive and the entire place was very charming. overall it was lovely. And, the food at the restaurant is amazing with a very talented chef and team. We were less excited about the Christmas brunch, although the ambiance was lovely. But, the team really needed better training. They didn't have a great plan for bringing the food out and needed many trips back and forth to bring plates out for us to split up the food into separate portions etc. They brought the check to us before we even had desserts etc. I assume the service was less than great because it was an unusual event and they had not trained the additional staff. However, the main facilities and stay were fantastic with many special touches such as available blankets for those wanting to eat outside, a lovely firepit outside for evening conversations, charming decorations all over the compound. We will definitely be back.

In town for our anniversary trip over New Years. Check in was easy when we followed the directions provided via text prior to arrival. We stayed in the west wing of the main house. Noise can be heard from other guests as they move through the house, but nothing that kept us awake. The rooms were lovely and the property was breath-taking. We did not get to try the restaurant as they were not serving food during our stay. They did have several prepackaged food items such as snacks, breakfast bars, oatmeal, etc which was greatly appreciated as the resort is a little ways out of town. We never could quite get the shower water temperature to stay the same, but no deduction in stars for this as it was a minor inconvenience for such a wonderful place!

I booked my room on Hotels.com, And was charged $14 more at the hotel than what my total was with hotels.com I was told they’d refund the $14, which they did. Then, the day I checked out, they charged my card the $14.65 they had promised to refund me. It’s not the amount of money I was overcharged. It’s the fact they refunded the $14.65, then charged my card again. NOT PROFESSIONAL ! They ruined what would have been a pleasant stay. The lady upfront was not listening to the fact that they had OVERCHARGED me.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!
