I could find the parking free right outside the hotel which very convenient. I find the hotel clean and very smartly done. It looks newly renovated. Lift was comfortable to ride. My apartment was very nicely cleaned. I will cone back here again.

Nice and clean hotel. I enjoyed my stay and had a good sleep in the comfortable bed. My room TV was smart TV but I could not see my full film. Next time I will watch earlier.

I got very hungry when reached the hotel. Staff helped to order the Indian takeaway food which was so delicious. Very nice staff and I had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. Will definitely come back back.

It was very comfortable above my expectations. I defined be staying again and advice anyone to stay over. Customer service friendly. The hotel is right near the seafront !

Liars said they would refund after telling hotels.com that they would. AVOID THIS PLACE..... wanted me to pay again even when I showed them I already paid. No parking, this place is actually called the RITZ, no signage anywhere saying Duke Hotel?? no parking, good luck finding it and good luck finding parking

The room is ok, but disappointed that my intentions to book this apartment, was Airconditioning and a “QUEEN” bed, but was told that I booked a deluxe apartment. The deluxe apartment mentioned “QUEEN” bed. I did not want to make a fuss, thus , let it go. I lost the payment for Travelodge for 3 nights, to find out there is no Airconditioning; hoping I will get a comfortable bed and Airconditioning, unfortunately, I was disappointed.

I don't think property is COVID compliant! deposit of £50 on top of very expensive overnight stay is ridiculous!!!website is not very clear I booked grant h apartments and we were given room in congress hotel. i will not be back and would not recommend this property!

First plugs not on ground level for wheelchair and no accessible asked for ex not available how is a woman too do her hair make up no dressing table or plug sockets second shower had a chair in it for walk in shower. Health and safety would have a field day trust need a proper seat installed too call it wheelchair friendly third room lay out all wrong no room too move around in wheelchair. Forth staff not trained too help need more guidance in dealing with people with disabilities etc But most important. Is getting too the hotel door. It is near impossible too reach that front door without assistance from your husband partner. Because I’m a wheelchair it is far too dangerous and not very Heath and No disabled person should be objected too the humiliation. My partner felt when she ask a member of staff has she ever attempted it she said no so how do you know how it feel s so the bottomLine is for you too advertise a wheelchair friendly room. These matters can be resolved quickly and painlessl too you and too your customers eg a lift too bottom of path so wheelchair and disabled person can move around freely without help from others as they enjoy freedom as much as you a lift would solve all your problems and also tell you word of mouth gets around fast in these circles. Can’t fault how nice the room hallway looked beautiful. But if you can’t get what’s the point in it. You would create a new long term fan base especially then theatre right on your door step.

Great hotel, super friendly staff, nice clean room. The bed wasnt the comfiest though, but other than that!

The room was more like a mini apartment. Clean and well laid out. The beds comfortable. The heating did not work, so rooms a bit chilly. The shower was ok but could do with more power. And lastly it would be nice to have a door to the second bedroom because when the hall light comes on automatically it shines in the room disturbing whoever is trying to sleep in there.

We were very frustrated and felt slightly threatened by all the rules that were attached to our stay, for example, if you booked in early you would be charged, if you booked in late you would be charged, if you dirtied a towel you were charged but nothing to welcome you and to say what they could do for you. would we stay again no.

We were there 4 nights but towels not changed and bins not emptied in the time we were there but room was spacious clean and bright

Is and another couple couldn’t even work out how to enter the hotel , no one answers the phone , the staff are all youngsters that don’t seem to know what they are doing , we was given a door key , when entering room there was a man in there , it was already occupied, the staff thought it was funny and got the man to take us to new room not the staff , no tea or coffee , dark long hairs in bed , stains on bed sheets and pillows , dirty , tiles hanging off walls , floor , 2 weeks after our stay we noticed they took £5 out of our bank , we rang and emailed to find out why with no response, I had to cancel my bank card in case they took any more , don’t stay here

First, check in took an hour, Secondly, to Small room and bed, nothing in such as coffee, tea Thirdly,When I check out I called staff and she came and check the room and confirmed all is good no damage, nothing has missing but they changed me £3.00.Finally, Still they didn’t refund my £50.00 deposit more than 10 days is gone !!!!!

Friendly staff, room was excellent, well furnished and clean. They kindly upgraded our room due to availability. Great location, 2-5 min walk into town centre / the coast. Free parking available but may have to park 2-3 mins away when busy.

Could’ve been cleaner, small hairs on the mattress and the shower but the apartment was decent.
