The hotel is clean and near everything. The breakfest was okay. The room we had was near the front desk and an employee was talking on the phone for a long time during the night.

My main complaint is the bed was as hard as wooden board. I called the hotel prior booking and was informed that the beds are soft. Avoid if you prefer soft bed. Also, you can’t open windows and there is no HVAC. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful historic hotel

The hotel was fine and staff were very helpful. But overall, the property wasn't as nice as it seemed online and there was a strong cleaning products smell in the room our entire stay. The location was close enough to the main plaza, but wasn't on a very charming street.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were awesome and so sweet especially Maria Fay. Breakfast was lovely and the location was good. Note that there is no temperature control in the room and no screens on the windows so if you want to cool down you will let mosquitos in. A plug in fan would have been great to help with the heat.

Everything about my stay was amazing! The room was clean, spacious and warm which I prefer. The bathroom was also a great size, awesome water pressure and hot water. The staff were so friendly and helpful, went above and beyond for every question/request. Literally nothing I could say that is negative about this hotel other than I wish I could have stayed there longer

We liked this lovely hotel in a colonial building. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. The only comment we can make which is not so positive is that there was a bit of street noise in our room. Highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in this small , cozy, and boutique hotel. The staff were great! They were very helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and very well maintained. The location is 10-15 mins walk from the main square so worked out as a great base spot. The only suggestion I would have is to improve the soundproofing in room.

The location is great, but the noise from the street is unbearable for us. If the noise is not a concern for you, this hotel is perfect, you will be treated like a VIP.

Great little hotel with amazing views of all 3 volcano's especially from the outdoor breakfast patio. So great is that view that we spent one evening with a bottle of wine just relaxing and watching as the colors from the setting sun just reflected off Misti Volcano and the color changed every few minutes. The breakfast offering was the best we have ever had at a hotel and was freshly made to order not a buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel is located off the beaten path but only an easy 10 minute walk to the main plaza. The only negative thing we can say is that the noise from the tiny little street the hotel is on is loud. It is only because the street is so narrow and the buildings so close to the street it is like a canyon and amplifies the noise. Late at night when there is very little traffic, we had no problems but in the early morning the cars noise picked up and so did a couple of barking dogs across the street which was a little painful so early in the morning. If I had some earplugs it would have been fine. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotels' ambiance was wonderful with the white volcanic rock walls and pleasant and appealing courtyard.

Stunning hotel, the rooms are just beautiful. Staff were incredibly friendly, allowing us to check in early, as soon as our room was ready. This really made a difference as our bus arrived in Arequipa at 5am and we really needed rest.

Friendly staff and a delicious, large breakfast on the terrace. A lovely way to start the day in Arequipa. Nicely decorated. A little bit off the tourist track.

Room was comfortable but it was noisy at nigh - dogs barking, cockerel crowing and the door bell to the hotel regularly going off. This made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Nice concept but doesn’t quite work.

This is a really special place. The atmosphere is magical. Everything is done so well and the staff is fabulous. Breakfast is also excellent. Can’t wait to return!

The service at the hotel was superb, the breakfast was so fresh and delicious. I could’ve had that Trigo Bread every morning. Cute terrace to lounge outside during breakfast and lunch. The rooms were a little outdated but clean
