Convenient location, room clean, but minimum facilities- no housekeeping during 3 day stay.

My room backed onto a school which was noisy but apart from that a ok cheap room.

Pros Bed was small but extremely comfy. Cons I booked economy room with bunk bed and was given the room number 2 which had nothing to do to what's presented in pictures. So make sure to check it before you take it . The room was cold even though the heater was at maximum. You don't get the reception at all times. The check out was said to be at 10:00. So at the exact time I got out of the room and headed to reception to leave my luggage. Unfortunately there was nobody. After waiting half an hour I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and phone calls, but still unreachable. That was such a loss of time and lots of inconvenience. I then left the luggage in the room and kept the keys. Later on they wrote that I could leave the luggage in the room.

Really cheap room. No heating at all in the bathroom neither proper hot water. The room was also extremely cold even with heating running constantly.

Has everything needed at a good price. Actually the Internet was not working the night I stayed. But probably just a temporary problem

Great location as it was a few minutes away from Konigsallee

room was not like the pictures and was a bit unclean. was very hot and windows were left open. I would have liked a fan in the room and better pillows. Also I could hear the neighbours a lot at night when trying to sleep

A small hotel in a great location. The receptionist is super friendly and kind. The room could be better cleaned before checking in. Overall it’s a great value for money!

We had a clean room with all the necessary amenities available for our budget-trip to Dusseldorf. Hotel is very central and walking-distance to landmark areas. Staff were very kind, helpful and responsive.

Fantastic staff must be noted. But...One bedroom didn't have curtains.The shower head didn't have a holder so you were required to hold it above you - but it only reached to chest height. And the water just about dribbled out.Also, there's up to 7 flights of stairs with no elevator.

The pictures made the hotel look better than it was, the rooms was nice but a faulty adapter in the room gave my girlfriend an electric shock. Location was good only 20 minute walk from the city centre.

The hotel is located only 10 minutes walk to the main train station. Nice and clean hotel room. Very friendly staff. Good value for money.

Good point is that it's easy to access and proceed with self-check in. Also the instructions were really clear. However the room is a bit loud and it was smealing "old" when we arrived.

The location is perfect, close to the Tram and to the main station and streets in Düsseldorf. Check in was really fast and the employee is so friendly and welcoming. Check in and out time were unsuitable(check in 15:00/ check out 10:00 am). The reception doesn’t open till afternoon(14:00). Housekeeping till 11:00 am. The bed sheets and bathroom towels were old, worn down. You can hear easily the noises from the other rooms.

Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Main room and bathroom were clean, towels were available. Nice location, section of street where hotel is located is not super busy, which made it a bit safer for parking and crossing the street.

Room was clean with a nice pleasant interior. Had all the necessary amenities (TV with netflix was a nice touch).

In general, the stay was great. However the wifi connection isn't good, not sure if the location of the room affects as my room was at the corner. But the location of this place is very good as it's just 2 stops away from the Hauptbahnhof!

Very simple and convenient. The location near train station is a bit run down. Zero conveniences at hotel, just a room plus bathroom. Breakfast around the corner.

Nice clean basic room that was cleaned daily and fresh towels were left it was just what we needed for our short break in Germany. The only thing missing from the room was milk and sugar for the tea/coffee and the hotel is next to what sounded like a school which became noisy in the morning but that is at no fault of the hotel. Would definitely come back if visiting again. Thank you

The property is in a great location, close to tram stops so really easy to get around and close to local shops for food/drinks etc. Didn’t really look like the website showed it, and I had booked a ‘city view’ room but my room was below ground with a window at pavement level, though it’s only for sleeping so not the end of the world. Kettle and two cups but no tea/coffee/milk/sugar. Bathroom was clean and functional. Towels and hand towels provided. Reliable WiFi. Basic room. Overall for the price and location it’s good if all you’re interested in is somewhere to sleep and shower but if you wanted to spend a bit more time relaxing in the room it may not be for you.

It was well located a clean. The owner helped take my luggage upstairs.
