Our 4th stay here, we love it!! The rooftop piol is the best 👌

Excellent!

We had the 2 level loft suite at the three muses building. It was beautiful!! My only issue was that I wish this building connected to the main building. It rained a lot on our trip and to walk from our building to the main building for dinners, etc. was quite an inconvenience. Other than that everything else was great!

SO many options for food and drinks in the property itself, let alone close by on River Street. Very friendly, professional staff. Pool might be a bit small on a busy summer weekend but was great while we were there. Get a room higher up if you are in the 3 verses section. We had a low room and there was loud music every nite until late.

Loved this property. I loved how they kept the foundation of the power plant a modernized it!

The staff was terrible!! The at your service feature terrible!! Never answer the phone!! We call for water and room service and never got a answer! We ended going out to eat!! For a jw the service was terrible!! Next time going to the alida!

Great family friendly hotel. Close to everything

The hotel is divided into three buildings, all decorated differently, beautifully and interesting. It is on the river with a beautiful view of the bridge and river. We loved the location. The steakhouse was outstanding.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with many attractions nearby. The hotel itself was very stylish and modern. However, there were some issues with the cleanliness of the room. The dresser was sticky, there were green stains on the carpet, and there was rolled-up tape stuck everywhere. Additionally, the view from the window was obstructed, as it was only about 6 feet tall. I had paid for an atrium view, but I did not receive it. The hotel was also very close to a nightclub, and the music was loud all night, which was disruptive. I had also paid an extra charge for free valet parking and free breakfast for two, but I did not receive these benefits. Instead, I was given a $30 off hotel voucher. On the positive side, the rooftop bars and pool were very nice, and the onsite pizza place was satisfactory.

Very nice accommodation in historic quaint town.. close to all attractions

Unique use of former power plant, like that the history of the power plant was displayed and celebrated. Dinosaur displays so unusual as well. Ate at most of the restaurants and they were excellent. Enjoyed the boutiques and Gallery. Lastly, took advantage of the Spa...thank-you Tia!

From housekeeping to concierge everyone was super nice. We got great dinner suggestions. Very pleasant experience. Everything was top notch clean.

The services was very good. The area was wonderful for shopping, restaurants and activities in walking distance. We loved the shy views from the balcony.

Beautiful property! Front desk staff was wonderful . Housekeeping was a bit lazy during the stay but the room and property was clean .

Beautifully renovated historic building.

Although the boardwalk and dinosaur attractions were great, our room wasn’t as cleaned as it should’ve been. There was hair everywhere and a specific humid smell within the room. I had to keep my children out of the room for most of our stay because they were too sensitive to the smell. Additionally, had to keep calling for more toiletries when we ran out, but the staff took longer than anticipated with the response times (30-60 minutes). Some of the towels provided had stains on them. I had to go out and buy a couple to use throughout our stay.

It is a stunning building in a historical town. The service we received from everywhere was exceptional. The only down side to the room was the noise at night in the street side. My recommendation would be to get a room on the river side or take ear plugs to sleep. The noise outside of the window all night long was a bit much.

Best hotel ever

Gorgeous hotel located in the bustling Riverfront area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and upscale shops. Nightlife is a bit loud for those interested in a restful night, but overall great experience.
