Perfect place to stay before an early LAX flight

They didn’t give us the room that we reserved, instead of a king and a pull out sofa. It was just a Queen. They could change so at midnight I had to find a room in another hotel…. $23 for a contention breakfast, $20 for 10 min shuttle ride to airport…. Most hotels these are complementary..

The property is very clean and well-maintained. However, I found the bathtub in the room I stayed in to be potentially hazardous. While soaping, it became very slippery, and I narrowly avoided falling twice. This could pose a serious risk, especially for elderly guests or children. Additionally, the shower water never heated up, and I had to bathe in cold water.
Unfortunately, I also experienced poor customer service. The staff did not greet guests or say good morning, which reflects poorly on the overall hospitality. During check-out, I asked a staff member a question, and her response was unprofessional and unpleasant. As someone who works in customer service, I found this behavior unacceptable. I did not catch her name, but I strongly suggest reviewing staff training to ensure respectful and courteous interactions with all guests.

Clean and modern. Good service . The only issue is parking is expensive at $34/night.

The thermostat went offline and therefore didn't work and the room got pretty hot which didn't allow me to have a good night's sleep. Then the TV cable phone did not work for a whole day and I'm not sure why there was a lot of construction around but it was not fixed very quickly. On morning I did not have service of clean towels and making the bed. Not sure if I will stay there again

Very nice place for the price, the service could have been a bit better, I requested an early check in which they granted, tbey advised they would call me once ready, my room was ready for hours but they never contacted me, I had to call back so i was killing time spending money for nothing 😀. The remote in the room did not work and the soap dispenser was empty, other than that its a nice spot with a rooftop bar 👍

I understand not changing the sheets for 3 days but not making the bed? Coffee wasn’t restocked, we had to ask for more towels and then didn’t get enough for everyone in the room. None of this was mentioned when we checked in. Also, we asked about where to park and were told to just use our room key to access the parking garage but no mention at check in of cost. $68 for 2 days of parking on the top uncovered floor is outrageous. Also, your breakfast was ridiculously priced at $24 per person and was basically continental. Hilton includes breakfast. For a hotel that presents itself as high end and charges the per day price of almost $300, I was extremely disappointed at the level of amenities and value.

An overnight stay at AC Marriott was the perfect hotel - the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service from the reception to the bar staff was welcoming and friendly. I particularly loved the rooftop bar for a quick night-cap. Only 10mins away from LAX airport meant it was conveniently close without the noise of planes to disturb your sleep.

It’s quiet which is a plus and very clean very nice updated rooms and the beds are super comfortable and feel very clean they are pet friendly as well I took my 50 lb dog and they were very nice about it :)

Nice hotel. Right by the airport, disappointed by being charged for parking. Was told parking was free and then after checkout my card was charged.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower temperature selector was not working correctly so hard to take a comfortable shower. Also, everything is charged for which is kind of a racket given that the shuttle to the airport costs $10 each.

The check-in process was very smooth, quick and easy. We were able to check in hours earlier than we were told and it just worked out so perfect. We stayed just for a one night relaxation and we will be booking again.
