We stayed at Hotel Windrow for two nights and found it to be a delightful, quaint western-style hotel. We were greeted by a very thoughtful receptionist who also helped us find our way around town. The cheerful holiday decorations brightened the lobby, and the freshly-baked cookies and hot coffee added to the festivities. Our rooms were perfect in scale and comfort. Just enough of everything! The bed was super comfortable and the pillows are just-right. While it is true that the mini-fridge is a mini-mini, it was adequate for our weekend needs. The bar shuts down at 9, but with so many restaurants in the area, this was not a concern. I am already planning our next trip to central WA so we can stay here again!

The check in staff were very gracious and kind. The room and amenities were top notch! Love relaxing on the roof top. The hotel was quiet, but the street noises (trucks/motorcycles/garbage trucks at 4am outside window) did make it a restless night.

Lovely host on reception made us feel welcome and overall it was a very pleasant stay, comfortable beds and a good night's sleep are a major plus!

We went out of our way to stay here for the second time this week. We have stayed a few other times and they have alwaus been and consistent each time. Clean, comfortable, great pricing. Highly recommended

This hotel is so much nicer than big chain hotels. If you love boutique hotels, this hotel is for you. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel is quite and clean. My room had a very comfortable bed. It's located in a safe area within walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. The staff was professional yet friendly. They have first hand knowledge of their city and even give you a tourist walking map. I loved this place.

Disappointing! For a higher end boutique hotel, it was lacking. Very noisy air system in our room, bathroom shower had apparent mildew, floors not clean. The in-house Restaurant was closed 35 min early (9:25am) on a Sunday morn for breakfast when we came down, no explanation.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ellensburg. Room was spotless, hotel staff friendly and accommodating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel is new or newly renovated and it exceeded our expectations. Restaurant on site was convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to or through Ellensburg!

We stayed with our pup while on a road trip. The room was clean and fresh, the staff was friendly. Located in town so there was lots to do around.

Quick and friendly check in! Many walkable restaurants. Lovely bar. Mitch, the bartender, was very helpful in building a cycling route!

Loved the staff at check in. I believe her name was Claire, she went over and beyond. Rooms were clean, nice and very comfortable. Surroundings were clean and safe. Loved it.

Overall good hotel for the price however parking was an issue as there are limited spaces on site. TV in our room lost connection constantly, which was somewhat annoying. Rooms are smaller compared to other similar hotels & fridge is so small, nothing fits in it except a couple water bottles.
