Beautiful condo

The property was clean neat no complaints. The only issue, nothing to do with the property-was we couldn’t find a grocery or convenience store within walking distance. We survived tho. We don’t have a vehicle to really drive anywhere.

Very nice clean and nice place. The neighborhood is nice and I felt safe. Great communication with Alex. The only bad thing about the place is that the walls are very thin. We were able to hear conversations going on and they weren't even talking loud, so definitely made me feel a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Besides that, nice place.

Very nice

The property was very well maintained. The unit I stayed in, for sure was better then expected. It was a beautiful set up and perfect for what I nedded. The line of communication was hands down the best I've ever had with an owner in my many travels for work! 10/10 All around! I can't wait to come back with my fiancé for our next vacation. The condo was good for what we needed, a night to stay before our rescheduled flight. Not a lot of living room furniture to sit on, so I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 guests at a time. The bed was super low to the floor which I wasn’t fond of and there was no tv in the bedroom so we could hear the guests next door laughing and having a good time. But other than that it worked

We are touring America staying in many hotels and accommodations and I can honestly say this is one of the cleanest , well presented places we have stayed. The location is excellent very safe in lovely surroundings, within walking distance of the galleria and a short drive to los olas beach . We will definitely recommend and hopefully return

Property was centrally located with nearby shopping and the beach just minutes away. Great neighborhood! Felt safe and you could hear a pin drop. Enjoyed the mangoes that fell off the tree. Would recommend this property!

Excellent location to stay

Great stay for five days

Everything was great from check in to check out. The property was clean and well kept.

Nice little place it was clean and we had enough room for the 4 of us to be comfortable, however the kitchen was a bit cramped.

My stay was pleasantly pleasing and Alex is an excellent host who responds rapidly and is very considerate. I highly recommend staying at this property. He’s quite the super host!

Excellent. Definitley would book again

This was a very nice place to stay for a night while I was in town for work. Immaculately clean, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a private outdoor patio area, and two parking spots right outside my door. There was no check-in process, just a door code - couldn't be more simple than that. The owner sent a welcome text after my check-in time and offered several dining recommendations as well. I'd absolutely recommend staying here, especially if you're traveling with companions.

Great stay and the host is amazing.

The condo was spacious, clean and in an area that was pleasant for walking. It was also quiet and had a good supply of dishes, cutlery and pots. We really appreciated the pods of coffee left. The bed was comfortable and the bed linens and towels were clean and in good condition. Please consider the additionn of tea towels, saran wrap and foil for the kitchen.

quite, walking distance to supermarket and fast food, close to parks, water side too. I even walked all the way to the beach. Host, Alex is very pleasant and always there to help. Thank you.

This was a very disappointed lodging experience I've ever had in my trip to Florida. The bath room is extremely small, and the bed was in a poor condition. It only has a paper thin sheet on the bed, though they provide blanket but it looks dirty. The lamp at one side of the bed was broken, and there was only one wall outlet for charging mobile devices. The room has wall mounted air conditioner which is shabby, couldn't provide comfortable room temperature. The worst thing is the coffee machine is very shabby and dirty, I can't use it because it's too dirty. I called the host to tell him that I need a coffee machine or a你electric kettle which in a good condition, the host first said this was the one they can provide, after I insisted, he told me that he would ask someone to buy an electric kettle and sent to me later in the evening. But after waiting until late night, I didn't receive anything and the host didn't say a word for no show. Later on they sent me a message telling me to write positive review, if I had any issues, I can contact them directly. I think this is not acceptable. I did contact them to report the issues, but they didn't solve my problem though they said they would. The overall experience with this condo is terrible! The service and condition of the room are so bad given the high price of room rate.
