This hotel was just fine for a night. It wasn't especially comfortable but it wasn't exactly uncomfortable either.
The airport shuttles guys were great, though. One negative is that there are no restaurants within easy walking distance, but the shuttle drivers will take you to the mall across the super-highway where there are several restaurants.

May I start off by saying Travis was and is AMAZING from the time he picked my son and I up from the airport, to checking us in, and taking us back to the airport. He was very polite, welcoming, and informative. Then there’s the hotel in itself it was clean, in a good area, clean pool, and great breakfast. When I come back to Texas this will definitely be the place I stay at.

I was charged an additional hold fee which was refunded and another $5 that was non refundable. I had to be moved to a different room because the room wasn’t the cleanest and it smelled like sewer. At check out the gu at the desk have me a hard time regarding my hold fee and was attempting to charge me another $5.00. I will not stay there again

I liked that i was able to get a room on the first floor close to side door as requested so i did not have to take my pup in the lobby or on the elevator. I liked i was able to park my car right outside of my room.the room and lunens were clean and i liked the shower facilities. Thevroom was spacious and comfy

Very grateful to the receptionist who was there the day of my stay in Dallas, he was very attentive, and a good person. No receptionist had treated us as well as him... for my next trip I will come to that hotel and I will recommend it to my family and friends.
