Room smelt very musty and ac unit did not cool down the room very well even at full blast. My room was by a very busy road and hearing heavy traffic until 11pm was unfortunate.

The place is super clean and modern. I believe it is a new inn or hotel. They maintain the cleanliness even in the hallway and breakfast area. The room is spacious as a Traveler. I have a table for office work and a mini kitchen to microwave, fridge and a sink. The room is so clean and carpeted. I also got a king size bed. I will definitely come back for my next trip.

The King bed seemed small; but they might just be smaller in Canada. The AC was great; got nice and cold in our room. Easy parking and close to needed places.

WONDERFUL STAFF/ CLEAN AND SPACIOUS ROOMS We have stayed at the Stonecroft Inn several times when in Windsor. It is always clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms we've stayed in have been updated. The beds are super comfortable! Despite being on a busy street, there is not too much street noise. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded from a king to an executive king with a kitchenette! Although the breakfast is continental style, they do have fresh fruit and yogurt options in addition to the cereals and toasted bread varieties. There is a Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House a short walk away for those that want a heartier breakfast. This last visit we were there for my Mother's Celebration of Life. We wanted a space to gather and look through photos. The breakfast area tables were the perfect spot for our group! The concierge even made us a fresh pot of coffee even though it was early afternoon. We really appreciated the kindness and attention to detail. Stonecroft Inn is our go-to hotel when we travel to Windsor!

Excellent would stay again for sure

I normally don’t add reviews but this one exceeded my expectations. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. At night or during the day you did not hear door slamming. Hallways were clean and quiet. I will definitely return next time I’m in Windsor.

The Stonecroft Inn is a good choice for those wanting to stay in a quieter area of Windsor. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There are only two floors but there is no elevator which is something to consider if you have mobility issues.

From the moment of check-in to the moment I left it was top-notch service all the way around the bed was extremely comfortable. Amenities were amazing no issues with the TV or the Internet and the area wasn’t even that bad there wasn’t any creepers hanging around either.
