The room is nice, clean and spacious. Very nice design as well. The breakfast offer a wide variety. Staff are nice. One thing i didn't like is the waiver of personal details that should have been mentioned prior to booking instead of being told to sign it

The hotel is in a crowded area, they give only one card and charge the second one, the internet very very poor, breakfast is ok, the mattress was very bad I had to flip it as it was not comfortable, they keep one pillow and cover sheet, the shower pressure is excellent though the bathroom very hot. Its ok but if there is another option I would take it.

The garage door makes a lot of noise. If they give you a room close by, it can be annoying. The room is very nice and it has a lot of light combinations, which allow you to create a very nice environment. The breakfas is very good.

The Hotel is clean cozy staff wonderful bed wasnt so comfortable a very light blanket was provided we felt cold with the air-condition on area around is not the best in izmir for a one night and we had our on car i would stay again for what we paid was worth it.

Clean and convenient location. Good variety of choices in breakfast buffet. Good quality coffee offered at the bar all day, the best of all is free.

Lovely staff especially Tugche and Tolga recieved excellent customer service from them. Breakfast was impeccable lovely selection. Owner came out to send us off which was a lovely and special touch. We will come back and visit again thank you.

I would recommend this hotel. Very clean very polite staff. For the price very good breakfast. One big problem that should be solved the internet! Wi-fi on fourth floor is terrible, I told them and they said it is like this because hotel is busy today but it will be good but it didn’t and we know it is an excuse as good hotels have perfect connection in all conditions so they should improve it instead of making excuses.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They let us check in before the check-in time and even offered the breakfast although our breakfast that comes with the room was the following morning. We stayed only one night as we were going to another town. It was very convenient for us to explore the city centre from the hotel. We would like to stay there again next time we go to Izmir.

There should be more lighting in the bathroom

while in a commercial area location is good to walk to clock tower , sea front , old town and Alsack . Bus / tram/ subways are close by but i did not test it out . Parking may be a challenge but can be found 10/15 mnts away. We were there for two nights touring Izmir and this worked for us . Check in and out was smooth . Rooms are spacious and clean . Bed and linen very comfortable and clean . Good breakfast with hot options . The staff are gems .. concierge , chamber maid, reception, catering staff to management all know and practce amazing guest service . Overall very happy with the stay.

As we requested for 2 separate beds, they did their best to fulfill the request. Excellent!!

The property was clean. Room was modern and well.decorated. staff were very friendly and always tried to.please. Breakfast was great. It is a buffet breakfast with everything you could think of to eat. The menu had changes on it daily. It is a short walk from all major tourist attractions. Would definately stay again if visiting Izmir.

Everyone at Emens was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a wide range to pick from. Location was perfect you could to anyway within 15 minutes and the zoo and Ephesus was a short drive. Parking was secure underground so you have no worries about the car during ur stay. They would drop ur car off to you and then park it for you once you arrive back

Stylish hotel, well kept and clean. Location is very good and not too far from the attractions like the bazaar and the ruins! Really friendly and attentive staff who helped me out with things to do in the area. The room was spacious but the water in shower was a little lukewarm.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Real peaceful atmosphere. Most of the staff were very friendly & professional and the guest relations manager does a great job. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping very good at keeping it that way. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was lovely; full of variety and I enjoyed the omelette. There are 2 lovely birds in the dining area; a gorgeous parrot that loves company. I do feel sad that caged birds are kept but I saw that they were both very well taken care of. The hotel is in a not so good part of the town but to be honest it did not bother me and as a lone female walked alone at night to the pier without problems as it’s busy main road with sellers of all sorts of merchandise. If I had one criticism of the hotel it is that I asked for a non smoking room and was given a smoking one. Do make sure you insist on a non smoking if you don’t smoke. To be fair to the hotel they did offer to move me the next day but by then I had become accustomed to the smell and couldn’t be bothered as it was New Year’s Eve. I am going back to stay there 100%. 5 star quality for their 3 star rating.

Very central hotel on the metro line. Good breakfast provided, room on the smaller side but very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.
