The mounting bracket for the shower head is broken, water is leaking from the ceiling in the front of toilet, toilet has a unpleasant odor

Lovely friendly staff. Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Housekeeping needs more attention though. No toilet paper or hand towel in communal toilet. Items forgotten sometimes in daily room clean up - towels, toilet paper, shower gel, coffees and teas. Sometimes rooms aren't cleaned until mid afternoon. Quite a walk to night markets, but close to Mekong River and outdoor restaurants. But, still a lovely and quaint boutique hotel.

So easy to get to the airport. Comfortable, spacious room with bathtub. Restaurant downstairs had the best chicken burger I’ve ever eaten.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order every morning with fresh fruit. The room was clean and well appointed and the air conditioning was well appreciated. The location is great and within walking distance of street vendor food, bars, and markets. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Amazing stay here, pool was in the shade most of the day which was perfect. It is a quiet area but convenient at night to night market and bars/ restaurants that are on the river. Great breakfast, great options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was

Clean and close to Vientiane mekong night Market

This was my first experience in Laos, and I loved this hotel. The team were so helpful and friendly. If you are looking to stay just slightly out of town where its peaceful and quiet then I do recommend this hotel. I would say its a good 15 minute walk into the historic centre of town along the promenade of the Mekong River. Might take you a bit longer if the heat bothers you, as you may have to stop off in a coffee shop along the way! The small plunge pool was fantastic to cool off after a busy day sightseeing. The reception staff assisted me in booking the taxi's for the city sightseeing and Buddha Park. Overall, that seems expensive per trip, but honestly I thought it was worth it especially for the Buddha Park as that is approx 45 minutes drive away. The city tour, you can do yourself and even get a tuk tuk to help you get to the further out of town places. I enjoyed dinner at the local restuarants along the promenade - few minutes walk from the Hotel - enjoyed the meat BBQ literally in front of the Hotel, and then just a bit further down had lovely fresh fish BBQ. The staff also recommended a traditional Lao restuarant one day - Kaolao - its on the other side of town, and would recommend it if you prefer to sit in a restaurant. I know that Laos had a very hard time during "COVID" but they are starting to bounce back and would love your custom. Vientiane is a quiet and sleepy captial city, so enjoy exploring the side streets and colourful temples.

Amazing value for money place. Basic but comfy beds and great shower. Close to night market and tons of restaurants. Really peaceful and quiet at night.

The manager Cixient was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable! Rooms were very nice, best so far on our trip!

Very nice small hotel in a very good, quiet location, friendly staff, clean, very nice rooms. The pool is a little small, but enough to just cool off. The breakfast wasn't that nice.

It is a smaller, cosy hotel with a friendly staff. Breakfast is made to order and the location is great!
