This hotel is in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any requests. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Overall, our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Although we only stayed one night at the hotel, the property and the room were stunning. Great service. Doorman was extremely helpful and the front desk staff as well. Our visit to Italy was mainly in Rome, but we took the train to other cities for short visits. Florence is an incredible city. The property is located in the heart of Florence and within walking distance to everything. It is about 100 ft. from the Ferragamo museum (highly recommended). The only thing that we found kind of quirky is that the entrance to the hotel appears to be the entrance to a high-end retail store, which is right next door. We were using Google maps to navigate the short walk from the train station to the hotel. We were right in from of the entrance for 3 or 4 minutes and we did not realize it because it looked like the entrance to the store. If we ever go back to Florence, we will certainly stay at this hotel.

Such a gorgeous property and close to all major shopping plus sights. The staff are so kind and obliging that we felt right at home. I especially the loved the doormen who were so attentive. We ate at the restaurant, had drinks at the bar and the Butterfly Terrace (the Minerbetti Spritz is amazing), and had room service, all of which I would highly recommend. Rooms are large and spacious, the cleaning and refilling of coffee/tea and mini bar were sometimes spotty though but nothing that a quick call didn't fix. I've stayed at another hotel across the street every other time I've been to Florence, but after this stay I"ll definitely be switching loyalty to Il Tornabuoni.

Great hotel, central location, will stay again

Our rooms were beautiful , however the receptionists, especially Albina, were very rude and short tempered. She treated us with disrespect. On the other hand , Michael, Jude, Jonás and Jorge were incredibly kind and generous with recommendations. Other hotels at this level include breakfast. We had 3 rooms for 3 nights.

This place is a five star hotel at its finest. The property is located exactly where you want to be and provides a very easy and short walk to all the major sites, including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and major museums. It's very subtly located right on a main strip of high end shops, and from our window we could look out onto a bustling (but surprisingly quiet) area, including the piazza. The hotel is beautifully maintained and is very clean and nicely appointed. A hotel is nothing without its staff, and the staff is amazing. Very, very friendly, and a special shout out to Matteo, the concierge. He moved a dinner reservation for us multiple times, found new restaurants for us whenever we needed, and made our stay fabulous. All the other staff (especially Michael and Jorge) were also incredibly friendly and helpful, and we always felt welcome and happy to come into the hotel. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, well run and well maintained place to stay in Florence. Definitely not our last time coming to this hotel.

Great place in the heart of Florence. Next to a square where they sing or play music every evening. Sit outside the bar a listen to the beautiful music while sipping on a cocktail made from the best bartender/mixologist I’ve ever meet. Adomo, he creates the perfect drinks!

the hotel restaurant was terrible. we almost couldnt eat. probably, chef was off duty? or ? during my stay. havent had such pasta in my life. otherwise. 4 star..

Tornabuoni, easily located in high end fashion shopping stores but also close to town where are the monuments are. domo is walking distance.

Beautiful!

This hotel is newly renovated, elegant and luxurious property situated close to major sites such as Duomo and Uffizi in center of Florence but away from the noise of the crowd. It is also located close to Arno River and conveniently next to high end retailers. We had most pleasant and relaxing stay. Staffs were very kind and courteous. Room service and amenities were excellent. Only thing awkward is bathroom where you need some effort to push the toilet flush button on the wall. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will return again for further stay.

Gorgeous new hotel with absolutely stunning interiors- no detail left undone. Staff was incredibly kind and attentive- Desk Man even helped get my missing luggage to the hotel before we left for Rome. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Great location to everything and best Aperol spritz in Italy!

The staff were all so attentive -- helping with reservations, taxis and every need. Location was perfect - an easy walk to great shopping, the Duomo and museums and just a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Room was contemporary and very comfortable...more spacious than typical Florence hotel rooms. Would definitely recommend to others.

Had an amazing time at Il Tornabuoni. Beautiful rooms, great location and amazing staff. Will definitely come back.
