Excellent location. Very comfortable clean apartment. Helpful owner who responded quickly to any queries.

Liked the location. Did NOT like the impossibly steep stairs that are dangerous. If you are over 35 years of age do NOT select room up stairs. Upstairs rooms are for mountain goats!! Trying to manage a suitcase up and down these stairs was tricky at best and downright dangerous at worst.

Great stay in small, clean and well-located apartment in downtown Bergen

Absolutely fantastic apartment for a stay in Bergen - great location in a beautiful and quiet area near the centre, clean and very well equipped (we did not struggle to cook here unlike in many other apartments we have stayed in) and the communication from the host was excellent. The list of recommendations for things to do/places to eat were also fantastic and made our stay even better. Really stylish and comfortable flat - we did not want to leave!

Spacious, clean and updated in a great location.

Enjoyed our stay in the apartment for 2 nights. Very useful to have facilities such as a washing machine and a place to store and prepare food- a cheaper and convenient alternative to going out to eat every night after a long day exploring. Lovely clean apartment and very homely. Appreciated the local recommendation list too. Very steep stairs up to flat for awareness of others, but not a problem if your mobility is good. Thank you :)

It was a nice apartment but there is no elevator. It would really help if you have heavy luggages.

We had a great time in the apartment and it's in a great location. The host communicated check in check out process very clearly so we had no problem accessing to the apartment. There's also a storage space in the basement which is great. The room was clean and it had everything we needed.

We hired 3 separate apartments of different sizes - the separate entrances for different apartments on different streets were a bit of a surprise and a bit awkward with 1 group together but manageable all the same - it might not suit a family with children however so to be aware. The stairs up to our 2 smaller apartments are the narrowest steepest stairs I have ever encountered anywhere in my entire life - you have to be very very careful coming down especially if carrying luggage. However apart from these 2 things - absolutely brilliant - fautless, flawless - good location, would use again.

The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply.

This beautiful studio apartment 5 minutes walk from central Bergen was perfect. Lovely building, beautifully fitted out and facilities for cooking and washing. Steep little staircase to the first floor! Full of light, very comfortable. Could not fault this place.

Steep stairs to higher floors, might be difficult for some people, but ground floor apartments are easy. The only major negative which unfortunately has lowered my rating is the fact that you must put on the bedsheets yourself and then remove them at the end of the stay. This unheard of in any serviced apartment or hotel, and I've certainly never seen it before in 2 decades of travelling globally. Nowhere else asks this of the guests. A cleaning fee is already incorporated into the charge so can't understand why they make the guests do this.

Communication from the host was effective although outlined a lot of conditions and rules which takes away a little bit of the pleasure of staying somewhere. Would have been nice if the beds were made, instead you have to do your own bedding. Equally the bedding was very cheap linen and made us sweat a lot in the night. Then followed by a checklist for check out - stripping the beds and placing in a certain place, removing the rubbish etc… with a cleaning charge you would expect some of this to be done for you.

Christina was a great hot and the apartment was great value and had nearly everything we needed. The only thing I'd want different was there to be a frying pan to cook more at the apartment.

The apartments was amazing. Clean, big enough for 3 friends, and a very nice location. Perfect for a little getaway in the city. Will definitely come back.

Lovely apartment. But very steep and dangerous stairs up to entrance on first floor. Not recommended for people with mobility issues. No handrail on stairs - I ended up at emergency doctor with concussion after falling down stairs. Manager promised to get handrail installed, but check this before you book.
