Good hotel and not so good restaurant. Overpriced and a little pretentious.

An excellent location and a high quality hotel. Beautiful view of the city from the room.

Exceeded my expectations. Room had a view of the citi and old bridge . Bathroom had a full-size bath. Location perfect for both medieval citi and main city. Walkable to the canal du midi and train station. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This place is the best hotel you can find in Carcassonne, impressive room, amazing place, so beautiful, modern, and literally in front of the medieval town. Highly recommended

Great location - short walk to the Citie Rooms ok - we had a terrace which was a bit unkept and scruffy Parking limited - so book ahead for this and €15 Breakfast was very good - staff brilliant especially JB and Brice - you guys rock :)

Amazing view.

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We really did appreciate the air conditioning and complimentary beverages in the fridge. I thought this hotel was worth the price we paid. Location was convenient and you could walk around very easily to restaurants or the castle. I would recommend this hotel!

A very smart hotel with a fantastic view plus excellent amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall pleasant stay. I thought breakfast could use more variety.

Super friendly front desk staff. Couch in suite was broken we think, we were falling in the middle when sitting. Front desk manages the AC... Had to call each day because it was turned off " automatically ". We had a suite with lots of windows so we had the option of keeping the blinds closed to be kept cool or toast with them open to have a view. Also, everyday day our keycard was not working. realizes that when we were sitting in lobby, a lot of people had the same issue. Weird. Lastly, housekeeping was very different than what we are used to when you pay $500 a night. Towels had make up from previous guest, if we had a pair of shoes in living room area, they would remain there rather then put them alongside a wall. PJ not folded and left on the floor after they made the bed, other then making bed I don't think they did anything else. Since not washed either. It was weird. I did ask and it seemed as if it was not normal to ask for vacuum and tidy up.

The hotel was beautiful and perfect for the last night of our holiday in France. The front desk staff were very welcoming when we arrived early to store baggage and when we returned to check-in later they were helpful. The rooms are stunning, we had two spacious family rooms with balconies looking right out at the castle and walls. They were spotlessly clean and had everything we could need for refreshments and relaxing. The whole hotel looks recently refurbished to a high standard. The outdoor area was a beautiful space to spend time in the evening, hearing the ducks on the river. Bar staff were also friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, between old and new parts of the town. In short, one of thd best hotels we've stayed jn as a family

Looks are more superficial. Nice bedroom with lovely bath. Swimming pool tiny, very narrow. Staff didn't seem very happy either.

Fantastic!

Fantastic hotel but not enough staff, rarely any bar staff and the bar closed early. Breakfast was good but they were not very good at re filling things. Other than that, a brilliant location. Would recommend.

Its super center, walking distance from the medieval city The view from my room espectacular, but the bathroom had a nasty smell

We stayed here for two nights whilst we visited the city of Carcassonne. The staff were amazing, the city was beautiful and the hotel was excellent. The only reason we marked down the facilities was that our daughter would have liked the pool to have felt more child friendly and have been heated. All in all great place and I feel the pictures do not do it justice, would stay again if we return. Thank you.

Good location near castle and in old town

We had a wonderful stay here at this beautiful hotel. Our room had a lovely view to the old city. The room was so nice with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. The bathroom is open to the bedroom (private toilet) so be aware if travelling with friends as opposed to partner.

Beautiful place. Terrace on the room had the best view of the bastide...wonderful! Great staff, comfortable and had everything we needed. The car park was a bit tricky to figure out, but pulled into the layby in front of the hotel, went to ask at reception and got directions to the underground parking just up the road at the square.
